Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Royse City

Usually if I have a bad experience at a business and I write a review of that experience, I will give it another chance. Because simply, everyone can have a bad day. But depending on that bad day, that experience was so bad, I won't return. This is one of those times. Things were going well while I was in line. Once I went to place my order, it went downhill from there. As I was placing my order, the young lady seemed very lost and questioned if part of my order was even on the menu. Once we got through that I stood back to wait on my order. Once I got my order, I took it to the car to go through it with the Mrs. They forgot the chips that came with my order. So I went back in. The line had a few people in it, so I waited. Once I got up there I explained to the young lady that my chips were missing. She proceeded to try and charge me for them. No, they come with my order. She walked away to hunt for the manager. The manager came out very upset and raising her voice in anger at me. She said to me "ARE YOU SO and SO?" Uh no. oh, ok. Here's your chips. Apparently someone called about their order being wrong as well. Not me and not my fault. No need to take it out on me. That was the last time I went there. I will not be back. Complaint about Fuzzy Tacos in Royse City:

I waited to talk to Estella the restaurant manager before I did this but I am completely upset about the order we paid $175 for!!! I called Wednesday but had to leave a message. Finally was able to talk with Estella Friday to get a quote for catering Saturday. I will admit I should have gotten something to me in writing but I was hoping that honestly of a manager at a pretty good restaurant chain would pay better attention to what she tells her customers. We talked about getting an order for 15 people; chicken fajita, beef fajita and all the toppings. We did not want rice or beans just the tacos. Just got off the phone with Estella and she stated she told me that beef fajita was more expensive, but I do not remember that part. What I remember is the total that was quoted was $89. I was assuming the price was great because I did not want rice and beans. I was shopping around and was excited for that price because other companies would not remove the rice and beans from the price. Well I did not pick up the order and unfortunately could not fight it the day of the party because we had people we need to feed. Please refer to the picture there is NO WAY this...

This place is disgusting! Went in at 7 am and all of the tables but 1 were dirty. Ordered our food and then after what seemed like 10 minutes for 2 breakfast tacos, they asked if we wanted salsa. We said yes, green salsa. THEY SAID IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL 75 CENTS. I have never heard of anyone charging extra for green salsa. So I said whatever and gave the cashier my card. She said oh we can't take a card for under $1....... Why not ask if salsa is wanted when ordering to avoid 2 transactions??? Well, we got our food and it was not even edible. My daughter ate about half of her taco and gave up. I had one bite of mine before i was done. It was beyond gross. It was my first and last time here.
