Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Royse City

RIPPED OFF, WATCH YOUR MONEY!!! So I eat at sonic a lot throughout the Dallas and Rockwall areas and stopped in this Royse City one. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese toaster and small orange juice, total came to $7.23. The girl brought my order and I handed her $8.00, she told me "I have to go inside to get you change (with the look on her face like...I cant believe you really want your change). I had an extra dollar laying on my lap that I know she saw. I said "yeah I would like my change". She comes back out and I hand her the dollar tip at the same time she hands me the change of .75 cents. I saw it right away and called out to her and she totally ignored me, I know she herd me as she stumbled a second when I called out but she actually picked up her pace and almost ran away. Its not the money, 2 cents, its the principle of it!!! What is wrong with you people???? First of all, I thought you were supposed to have a change machine as part of your uniform. Second, you already knew what the change should be as its on the receipt!! She apparently does this all the time!! I tip everyone all the time as I am in the industry as well but I would NEVER RIP someone off, never mind for 2 freakin cents!!!! Me & My mom usually never complain. We haven't done grocery shopping because we been so busy. So thought we would go in Sonic drive thru tonight (because we went here at night before in the drive thru everything was always fresh & right) well not tonight & this one chick completely rude and the guy slamming the windows and the chick did the same thing. when the whole time we was nothing but nice! Putting a jalapeno on my moms burger? Giving me a sour drink dont even taste like Dr. Pepper. My bun was seriously hard as a rock, our tater tots cold. We never complain but this is unacceptable. Cold food and zero customer service. We did a online order and checked in at a stall. Nobody came out with our order, but it showed that someone was bringing out our food. We called in after waited aa few more minutes. The place was not busy at all. The girl on the speaker advised us they were drive through only. This would be a good time to put up a sign stating such or even get on the speaker and tell someone when they check into a stall. The girl at the window was rude and slammed the window in my face when I tried to talk to her. I asked for a manager and the manager was another young girl that didn't have customer service skills.
