Briana and I LOVE this place. And we are Uptown Dallas Foodie snobs.

We just moved to High Meadow 6 months ago and based on the 3.8 star review we thought the food was not good. BUT, we tried it and it was AMAZING!!!

Coming from our previous home, we had lots of Asian restaurants around.....many choices....but few were as good as this.

The owner, lady who takes orders, is awesome. So nice and she accommodates our every request. Great customer service!!!

We now order at least once a week.

Food is delivered FAST, FAST, FAST. Comes FRESH and HOT. Lots of food per order. And delivery people are very nice and professional.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because on ONE order they forgot sweet & sour sauce and on another they gave us fried rice instead of steamed. But in 6 months those were the only errors. And NO BIG DEAL. I am 100% sure if we called, they would have brought the items.

Not sure what all these bad reviews are. SERIOUSLY. I assume just GRUMPY folks who feel very entitled. Lol. But as stated OUR experience has been VERY GOOD. And we have traveled the world and have lots of food experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I recommend Egg Rolls Chicken Fried Rice with Bean Sprouts, Sweet and Sour Chicken with extra vegetables w/steamed rice. FANTASTIC.

Okay, so I have ordered from here several times. First and foremost, these people will harass you. If you call to ask a simple question (i.e. about times, delivery, information in general...) and hang up, they will call you again to ask for an order. Them calling my personal phone had happened MULTIPLE times. Now, the food was okay. Portions are large. I ordered a side of fried rice and it was just...rice? It had some white onion in it and that's it, not the traditional peas and carrots. My mother ordered chicken fried rice and she received what fried rice is suppose to be. For some reason, my fried rice was VERY different from hers. That incident happened again the next time I ordered with them - I ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The orange chicken was bitter tasting and the fried rice was just rice with onion in it again. My family got sick that night, all three of us. Today, I attempted to order delivery again. After delivering to us several times prior, they preceded to tell me that they do not deliver to where I live and ONLY do if they are slow. Why would you deliver the first couple of times if you are only going to eventually deny my order and only accept my business if it is simply a convenience at the time? Super rude and super...

Arrived at 8:50 pm, first they already had the ice maker/soda dispenser off so had to wait a few minutes for them to power back on. We sit and get our 3 orders of the same sesame chicken (very quickly) and the food looked okay, but then we noticed how disproportionate the amount of chicken we all had received so we asked a waitress to come (who was sitting the booth behind talking to someone) and showed her and said that it wasn't the same amount, and she proceeded to say "yes it is". So we just went with it but were getting agitated thinking about it, and not even 7 minutes into eating the started mopping the floor with what was a strong odor of bleach. While we were eating. So our noses and mouths got filled with the odor of chemicals so we couldn't even finish eating all of it and left. 30 minutes later and we still taste bleach. Not my first bad experience with this Chinese restaurant, but is definitely my last experience with this sad excuse for a "restaurant". Someone needs to build a competitor near it and i guarantee you'll get 4x the amount of customers and not have to overprice in order to stay in business! Bye bye nasty...
