Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Royse City

Ordered delivery and it took more than an hour from the time it left the store to my home 6 miles away.. we were given a number to call or contact the delivery person which we did several times and got no reply, we called again and he answered and was very rude yelling through the phone .. we had to walk out to the road to meet him and he came pulling into our driveway at a very high rate threw our order at us even told us to keep the door dash bag and peeled out of our driveway .. pizza and wings were ice cold… when we tried to call the store to complain we got an answering service .. when I told the lady we wanted to talk to the actual store she transferred the call.. after being on hold for more than an hour .. we got in the car with the pizza and wings and drive to the restaurant with the phone still on hold and demanded our money back while returning their cold ass pizza ..mind you we still are on hold on the phone .. this is the absolute worse service we have ever received like it’s our fault the driver got lost lost but not only did the driver but also the store act like this was somehow our fault .. Pizza Hut and door dash both lost a customer for life as I will never order from either again!!!!

While leaving the store they finally answered the phone and after an hour on hold the first thing they said is can you hold … when I asked who I was speaking to they refused to give me their name and...

I don't recommend Pizza Hut in Royse City.. I put online order in at 5:10 to pick up at 6pm. Knowing it only takes 15min to make pizza.. Show up 5:50pm pay for my order, was told it be 15 minutes.. ok. Go get gas. Come back at 6:05 Cashier acknowledges I'm there. I just stand and wait. 5 groups come and go with orders, delivery guy comes and goes. Two random people go in kitchen "they random because they in regular clothes.. shorts and t-shirt with vapes in hand" these people then start working cashier and talking to people in back.. no one has washed hands or put on gloves. Theses two then go back to car out front and smoke then back in to kitchen.. no gloves, nor washing hands. This is when I notice, no one is wearing gloves.. no one is in uniforms.. how do we know who actually works here.... Then 6:20 rolls by.. I asked where is my order. Was told my order was already picked up.. I stated no it hasn't, i only paid for it. Then 2minutes later they hand me my food. I noted that my wings are missing. They grab a bag wings out. Without reading to see if they are mine. And go on with their evening.. By this time it is 6:30pm 30min after I was supposed get my food.. I ordered almost hour early. ALL of my food is cold.

I looked up Pizza Hut on Google used the number that they had down. It was 9:45 looked at the time closing and it said, 10:30. So I figured I had time to order it. The first time I called they picked up and hung up. Called back and got a fax tone. Called a 3rd time a man answered and said, "Pizza Hut we are closed" hung up. I called back 4th time he answered the same way and yelled wait before you hang up, it says on the Internet you are open until 10;30 he said, "WE ARE CLOSED" and hung up. I called back he answers the same way, I have to yell again so he doesn't hang up, let me talk to the manager. He said, this is him. I said, do you always hang up on your customers he said, I did not hear you (no because you were too busy hanging up on me. He said, what was you question ? I said on the Internet it says you close at 1030. He said yelling at me "WE ARE CLOSED" and hung up on me again. These people at this Pizza Hut are so rude. We order alot of pizza from them for our employees. But guess what. ANDY'S NOW HAS OUR BUSINESS AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL OF OUR FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME. THERE PIZZA IS BETTER ANYWAY. THEY JUST...
