3/23/2021 (8:18PM) - Worse Experience Let's sit in a parking spot and be forgotten.
Arrived to location with 2 lines of cars side by side of each other blocking the street. Waited in the left inner side and finally placed a order for ( 3 Large Mocha Fraps, 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 20 piece nugget with 4 sauces)
Paid at (8:30PM), was appointed to Drive-Thru Reserve 1...
(8:40PM) 10m pass by and the drive thru told someone to park behind me for their coffee...
(8:50PM) 20m pass by and I called the store asking how much longer will I be in Drive-Thru reserve 1 for my order.. their response to the question " Well were trying to quickly get cars through the line."... I told her that I been waiting in Drive-Thru Reserve 1 for 20 minutes... all I got back was "sorry".
(9:01PM) 31m passed, a lady walked outside and handed me 3 melted mocha fraps... and turned to walk away.. I asked if she is going to bring my food. She said " what food..." I tried to show her my receipt and she said she didn't want it and asked me to repeat my order. (Note I had a KN95 Mask on to be respectful)
She went inside and another lady came out and asked for my receipt... and I asked for 2 buffalo sauces and 2 mighty hot sauces for the nuggets..
Lady went back inside and came back out within 3m and handed me 2 bags, I asked if the sauces were in the bag and she said yes.
So since I have already been here for nearly a whole hour, why not check the bag for the sauces... and low and behold 1 buffalo sauce for all 20 nuggets.
I got back in line... and asked for 4 sauces... they said "oh you'll have to pay for the sauces" and my response was... I think I already did as I waited 30m for my order...
On the bright side when I got back in line.. Their was not a single soul or car in line..
So do you love Drive-Thru Reserve Spots? I the H#&& don't... you get thrown away and ignored..
But the 3 Large Mocha Fraps that were melted sucked, could have made them fresh after making me wait for 30m.
If no one believes this... I have dash cam footage..
Also Fun Fact! The Drive-Thru Reserve Spot #1 has a box of trash in front of the window stacked 5ft high, behind the play place.
10/19/20 7:47PM Heard that the drive thru moves faster then the other locations nearby.
It's true but they don't take/give you order correctly. Car infront of me ordered a large drink but got a small.
I ordered a 1 combo large with a large mocha frap, everything correct on screen $13.11 or so.... got to the pickup window...
Handed a small mocha frap... told them I ordered a large.. they said their screen says small. Grabbed my receipt looked and confirmed it.
Manager/supervisor " Oh no... its a extra $2.71 for large mocha frap" Refused to look at my recite.
Oh well at least I have a large fry with my big mac......

We didn't get our ice cream.
I tried to call ahead to make sure their ice cream machine was working. I called three times and no one picked up the phone.
So we rolled the dice.
We ordered ice cream on the app, which says it won't offer something that's not available at the restaurant.
We debated about eating inside for a change of scenery but ultimately decided on the drive through. It was backed up, but not terrible, but the guy behind me kept rolling down his window and yelling at me to move forward when the truck in front of me still hadn't moved. Not the restaurant's fault but it didn't help my mood.
We got to the drive through speaker and when we gave them our code, we were told, flatly but not rudely, "We don't have ice cream right now."
That's it. No offer to fix it, or to give us something else. No apology for the inconvenience. Just "We don't have ice cream right now."
So we asked if we could have a refund, because the app had already charged us and it said we had to get a refund through the store.
"You can get a refund through the app," she said.
Um. No.
So we went inside and patiently explained the situation. Without any apologies or any hint of warmth or empathy, just blank stares, we were finally given cash to cover our order, and we left.
Now, hear me out.
I didn't need ice cream at 8pm on a weeknight. I'm overweight and have a mild lactose intolerance. Those who believe in Providence would not be out of line to say that perhaps It was watching out for me. That's fine, but it'd been a hard day and I wanted to get some ice cream with my wife because I recently quit vaping and am trying not to drink too much. So there.
The ice cream issue was not the fault of the workers. I did not raise my voice or say anything rude to them, because I've been there.
But you know what? When I was there, and a customer had a complaint, even if it was over something that wasn't my fault or that I had no control over, I tried to make the customer's day better.
Because that was my job. If I couldn't give them free food or a coupon, I could at least give them the satisfaction of commiseration, or, perhaps, a touch of compassion.
Yes, even over something as silly and superfluous as a Tuesday night McFlurry.
So... One star. Two for service, because at least we got our money back.
Now I'm going to go eat the ice cream we bought from Walmart. And I'm sure I'll be back to this McDonald's because they're not always this bad. Some of their workers are downright gregarious.

Read moreAbsolute worst customer service of any McDonald's I have been too. I worked for 4 years at McDonald's and as a manager and it floors me that these employees and managers are still running this McDonald's. There is a list of bad experiences I have had with them, but today had another one. Everytime I go through they pull us forward, I refuse to pull forward now especially when my order was a double quarter pounder, big Mac and a 10 peice chicken nugget. There is no reason that food should not be up and ready quickly. I told them I would not be pulling forward and when I refused the girl at the window got someone else. I told him I would not be pulling forward and he said "girl I got 5 cars behind you and we are waiting on all their food". I said excuse me did you just call me girl??? He repeated himself and I said once again I would not be moving. He then slammed the window and left. Then the girl at the window threw a bag at me. I checked as I ALWAYS have to do with this McDonald's and they had forgotten the pies. I had to flag them to open the window and told them they forgot that, the guy asked for my receipt as if I was a liar. Gave him my receipt and they left, I then realized the bag they gave me was not even my order, they also realized this after looking at my receipt. They took that bag back and then brought me my order. I checked again and this time there was no 10 peice chicken nugget. I then told them that was missing and that I wanted my receipt back because I am definitely doing the survey on it. I finally got everything. Just FYI to those that do not know unless you have a large order there is no reason to pull forward. They do that to cheat the corporate McDonald's times to make them look good when in reality they are slow as hell, unprofessional and have the worst...
