Pats And Nick’s Pizza — Restaurant in Runnemede

I really wanted to give this place a higher review because customer service was kind, but the food is just not good. I ordered a turkey club and upon receiving… it looked good presentation wise (not that I care about presentation at a pizza place) but it tasted like actual cardboard. It was flavorless and odorless which I found odd considering it was lunch meat. I mean we all know that turkey smell… something just felt so off about eating it so I only ate a quarter of it. Along with the sandwich comes fries and coleslaw. I can’t comment on the coleslaw as I didn't try it (naturally don’t like coleslaw) and I mean, how can you mess up fries? The fries were good. Nothing to complain about there, but one odd thing to note was the dipping ketchup packet that it came with. This had to have been a year or so expired. I opened it and it was brown? Like a dark, muddled brown. I smelt it too bc I mean gotta check, but it smelt so off. Again, ketchup has a distinct smell and that was not it. I know that this is a random thing to note, but I’d like to think that if a place can’t even keep fresh ketchup… what about their other products? Maybe had something to do with the weird sandwich?

I order from this place like 2-3 times a week, I’m a regular. the delivery drivers know me and I know them. But for some reason, when I ordered food today they got everything wrong! They forgot the bacon on my burger, gave me the wrong drink ( I asked for an ice tea and got cola... I hate dark colored drinks) then... to make it better they gave the the wrong flavor chips. When I called they said I was lying and that they put it on my burger. Then they said they tried calling me to let me know about my soda and drink but my phone never once rang from them. the girl on the phone was giving me attitude saying she doesn’t know what to do, and that my only option was to give this burger back and have them remake me another one, i declined considering how it took an hour to get to me the first time. She then scoffed in the phone and said to just not eat here anymore. So trust me I’m gonna listen to her and I won’t! Sorry pats, but you just lost one loyal customer. The worst customer service I’ve ever...

Very upset with this pats. I have always been a fan of pats and order from multiple locations. Tonight I ordered my favorite pizza turnover from this specific location. I ordered the usual medium and was told that wasn't an option. I found it odd but ordered a small instead. When the food finally got here we cut it in half only to discover that the dough was completely raw on the inside. When I called to rectify the situation I was down talked by a rude manager. She informed me that I should have ordered it well done if I wanted it cooked all the way. THE FACT THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO SPECIFY TO COOK MY FOOD THOROUGHLY IS UNACCEPTABLE!! The manager refused to give me a refund stating that she didn't have that authorization. How would a manager not have authorization to manage the store? Unacceptable. I will not make the mistake of ordering from here again. Lousy raw food. Poor...
