Never again. First and foremost we were the only customers there (3 people) it took about 40 mins for food to come out. 3 tacos, one burrito, and one quesadilla. The chicken nor the shrimp had flavor. The cup that the horchata was in smelled like rotten milk. We ordered two habiscus drinks that did not taste well either so then we ordered 2 sodas. We did not drink the habiscus drink and then had to question why we were being charged 5 drinks instead of 3. My friend asked for some guacamole for her quesadilla which by the time it was brought out we had all finished our food. What is irrational to Me is how does guacamole (which had no flavor it was just plain avocado) cost $8.50!!!!! When a whole burrito was only $10.00. How does a side dish cost the same as an entree????? I know gas is high but Jesus wth 8.50 for guacamole ššš On top of that, I really wanted to give the waitress a tip but there was no way I could, the only time she came to our table was when I had to talk loudly from my seat for something.
Yāall need to get it together, the place has potential but right not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely blown away by el tequila not only are the prices through the roof and unjustifiable, but the quality of food and amount of food has completely changed. My family has been coming to this restaurant for like 15 years, the food started to go downhill as well as the service up charging everything a few years back decided to give them another shot. Big mistake. Absolutely disgusting. Charging over nine dollars for a cup of guacamole when avocados are a dollar on sale full price two dollars. Gave a half a cup of rice with the enchiladas that they now charge over $18 a bag of rice is 3.00. They are probably buying these items for a fraction. The enchiladas hardly had any meat in them over $14 for chicken tacos and you get nothing with it. The restaurant on a Saturday night used to be beyond busy. It was completely empty. Now I know why wonāt be surprised if it goes out of business. What a shame used...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGotta call it like I see it, absolutely awful food. Started it off with chalupas which were nothing more than microwaved soggy tortillas with a spoonful of salsa on it. The steak tacos and steak chimichangas were made with cheesesteak beef, which does not qualify as real steak. Stop being cheap and order some real steaks to grill and dice up. Besides not being actual steak, the beef was chewy, dry, and flavorless. Same goes for the alpastor and chicharron tacos. Also, all the tacos were double wrapped with flour tortillas that I couldve made a decent mocassin with. The jalapeno poppers were the same frozen poppers you would get for 4.99 at a local pizza joint, except theyre 8 dollars here. The cubano sandwich, weird as it may be, was the light at the end of the tunnel and Im only giving that sandwich a 4.5 out of 10. At the end of the day you need some new chefs and all new...
