Update 1/12/22. Still 1 star. Ordered 2 large drinks, pulled up to window and was handed 2 mediums. Was told "it's all the same price" and was dismissed.
Update 8/18/21. Still 1 star. I've been trying to give them a chance. Monday morning they gave me a sausage mcmuffin instead of the Sausage egg and cheese biscuit I ordered. Didn't realize it til I got to Dardanelle. Yesterday (Tuesday), ordered a SEC mcgriddle and they gave me a sausage mcgriddle. Pulled back through the drive thru and they replaced it. Today (Wednesday), ordered a sec mcgriddle and they forgot my top bun. Only one drive thru lane was open and it was wrapped around the building. Tried to go in to fix it and the doors were locked. Ugh. Check your food before you pull away.
Pulled up to order at 1012. The lady ordering asked if we'd mind waiting a minute. At 1020 she got back to take our order, we ordered breakfast that should have came with a hash brown. The woman said "just know that won't have a hash brown." My husband asked "why not?" And she said "because we're about to switch from breakfast and we're out and we're not going to cook any more." My husband then asked if the price would be adjusted since we were paying for a hash brown and she said "geez, hold on one minute, we're not allowed to cook more." So then after a couple of minutes she got back on said "okay, we're cooking you a hash brown." So we got the window and paid, pulled off and not only did we not have a hash brown in the bag BUT they forgot my pancakes. Basically I paid $6-7 for just a sausage egg biscuit with no side, but I was already at work when I opened it. And our straws. Avoid at all costs, at least until they get their heads out of their tails and their...
Read moreIf i could pick 0 stars i would. My husband 2 of my kids and myself went there arou d 1 am. We ordered 4 of the 4 for 4 dollar meals and my our son wanted a sundae. He told us there ice cream machine was broke. We get up to window and there is a worker standing by counter staring at use eating icecream. I asked him are you sure your machine is broke that worker is eating icecream. He said yes its broke. Then i checked our order and all 4 burgers were wrong. My husband said he would eat his the way it was tho. While i was handing my husband his the guy working loud and very very rudely said give them to me. Which i was planning on doing after i handed my husband his. I know it was wrong but my husband was upset the way he the guy treated me and he thru his burger in the drive thru window. The manager came over and said did you throw a sandwich in here. I said no my husband did. She told me i need to leave. I told her i was waiting on the burgers that werw messed up. She said no i have the right to refuse service to you. I told her im not the one who thru the burger in the window neither are my kids. She still refused to serve me the burgers. We did have everything else in our order except the burgers. The tea was terrible they were supposed to be sweet and they didnt htast right. The guy at the window was so rude i have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before. I definitely will never go back to that McDonald's. Two times in a row i have went and order was all wrong. You could tell both times they were not happy to be at work so they were taking it out on...
Read more85%+ of the times I go into this place, something is wrong. Nice buildings, nice people, but competency is lacking. I hate writing bad reviews, but this place is just the worst. My order was just a simple cheeseburger with no pickles. The woman at the first window was extremely nice and took my money and I waited...a lot. Finally the car at window 2 pulled up to wait and the car in front of me, as well as myself, advanced to wait...a lot more. When I finally got to the window I waited again...a lot. I got my cheeseburger with no pickles and left. Or so I thought. I pulled around the car that pulled up to wait earlier, and checked my order. No cheese. I was not surprised. So I looped around and informed the drive through lady of the incident. When I pulled around, the woman at window one was nice is usual, so I waited there. Again. A lot. When I finally got up to window two, they got the order wrong. Again. So I waited for my cheeseburger with no pickles. When I finally got my cheeseburger with no pickles, the gentleman ahead requested that I give him the hamburger. I didn't mind, but I did want to tell him about you past 3 visits that I had been there. One of which I had to tell the counterhelp that the promotional garlic sandwich came on a burger, not just chicken. And I had only had the sandwich one other time. The counter help then said "go ahead and keep the burger man, I don't care."
The really bad thing is that this McDonald's is not as bad as the one...
