To my surprise this Subway location was open till 10pm which meant supper post work was possible at something other than fast fold drive through. Upon entering I was promptly greeted by a smiling, kind young gentleman. Talking to the lonely worker I learned that he was the only employee that night and was doing the late night cleanup. I most say that despite having to take the entire work load tonight the place was spotless and he was absolutely delightful. The sandwich I had made was excellent, hitting all the right notes. What makes this a five star review is not the food alone but the service; This young man was a new employee and had worked tonight by himself, but in the end he did his job effectively, efficiently, and with a smile without any appearance of being besheveled or discontent. This store is a joke ran by kids… when I say extra and pay for extra, I would like EXTRA, yet the sandwich filling is smaller in diameter than my WRIST!!! The sandwiches barely have anything in them for $12 each and the ingredients are never right, the chip shelf is totally empty except for jalapeño chips, you can’t use a coupon code without having it cut out and physically with you during your order, and you can’t get a refund for their mistakes without driving all the way back to town to bring the food and original receipt back. With extra mayonnaise went in today for my usual I guess they got a new manager or she said she was anyways but she wasn't wearing her name tag I did an online order so I could my second sub for a dollar but anyway I said I needed extra mayonnaise on my sub and she refused to put it on saying she has food cost to think about so I told her I'm not paying for it if I can't get my sub the way like to eat it plus the meatballs looked like they've been reheated a few times she's the only one that's ever said that crap and I'm in there once twice a week.
