okay so first things first this place is set up almost like a cafeteria only in one big open room. you have no waiter. you only get to order at the bar and you cannot take the drink menu back to your seat. these things were told to me first thing. what wasn't told to me was if you want a plate you need to go over to another little station where they have paper plates and some napkins. is very strange. it's almost like a bar. or should I say it is a bar that serves food? if you're looking for a place to have drinks and a snack, this is it. if you're looking for a meal, go somewhere else. we had a pizza that was doughy in the middle and burnt on the edges. it was okay. that's why I gave it three stars. there was nothing special. we also had mozzarella sticks which most of them were overcooked and the cheese was oozing out of them and we had the garlic knots. they didn't taste very garlicky. meanwhile, we got to watch the staff stand around at the bar while we had to walk up there and order everything instead of someone coming to take our order, the manager or owner. I'm not sure who they were but clearly the person in charge had three beers while we were there. it was only 5:00 p.m. so from the atmosphere this is a party place a bar and that's how it's ran.

Russellville should be proud! Point Remove at the Old Central Fire Station is proving to be a powerful addition the the Downtown scene. This second location has been open under a year and already has proven to be one of the most popular new businesses for locals to explore. This second Point Remove location boasts a few additional menu items like a Basket of Fries and Mozzarella Sticks! They also have weekly events, live music every Friday and the same pizza favorites you've enjoyed at our Morrilton location. The most epic gathering to date is the monthly Block Party. July we celebrate the fourth with cold brews and a hot slice of pizza in hand with music and kids activities. We highly recommend this location if you're in need of a new adventure spot!

That had about a dozen beers on tap, with multiple different styles to choose from. They were dog-friendly, which was nice since we had the dogs with us after a trip to Mt. Nebo. The pizza was a little greasy and floppy, but it was tasty. The pretzel was very good (and huge). The staff were super friendly, with some great recommendations on places to check out while we were in town. The vibe was pretty chill and laid back. They have a few board games that you can take to your table, a big bar and plenty of tables inside, and a small patio that backs up to the parking lot (they had the chairs dragged in since it had been raining).

TLDR::Bring your own fork if you want to eat a salad:: Google wants me to rate the Food, Service, and Atmosphere: The BEER and FOOD is really great! Honestly my favorite brews! The NATIVE Lager reminds me of picking muscadines with my grandmother in the Ozark National Forest. The Petit Jean Pilsner is a crispy delight! And the Dover Lights has a rich flavor profile as deep and interesting as the canyon itself! I've been drinking the beers from my local store for a couple years now, but I've finally just gotten into the Russellville "Taproom" twice now. The pizzas are fantastic and the wings are great with a really good buffalo sauce and a great gochujang sauce! Even the boneless wings are a good quality. But.. one person at our table ordered a salad and this is where things started to break down for me.. After my mom received her salad, it looked fantastic, but she had to get up herself to go find some sort of fork to eat it with.. She came back to the table with a wrapped up set of plastic, to-go flatware.. The dinky little fork inside, the tines were warped and weak. Barely enough to hold up to stabbing through several layers of lettuce, etc.. I was really frustrated just watching my mother struggle to eat her salad with this.. We tried several more packages of the disposable trash, to find a good one, and they were basically all the same. Incredibly wasteful since you just end up throwing away the thin crappy napkin and plastic knife that come with it.. I could not believe this was all they had, and that you're forced to contribute to the plastic waste of the world.. wtf Point Remove? Hard to rate the service since there's very little "service" to speak of: You order your food and drinks at the counter then seat yourself. Someone from the kitchen will bring your food, but there's no wait-staff serving you. Was placing my order a decent experience? Sure. It was fine. Hard to have an incredible experience when you're standing at a counter placing an order. When the food was handed off to me by a member of the kitchen staff, that 1 second interaction was also fine. These interactions are the same as a drive-thru, so it's hard to say it's exceptional. It's just fine. Cool. Finally, the atmosphere. I don't really know what you're supposed to expect from a "taproom." It's like they don't want to be a restaurant, so they don't have actual wait staff or FORKS for crying out loud.. And like I said, the "service" (interactions with staff) is literally the same as a drive-thru. There's very little. I've been to a lot of bars, but never one where there was no wait-staff.. So it's not a proper restaurant. It's not a proper bar. It's a "tap room." and if you think that's just a hipster way to say bar, then there is some hipster somewhere shaking his head at you saying "You just don't get it.."

The food and beer are...

We stopped in the brewery today (Saturday) to try the newest released beer because we are part of the Stein group/club and get a free first pour of all new releases… We were told today that we could not fill the Stein and try the new beer. We could only do this on Thursday from 4 to 7 on Stein night. I find that funny because we have received free first pours other then Thursdays and a full 32 ounce fill in the stein of the new pour…Today we were told that free fills of new releases would only be a pint not a full stein…. Also that we can only use our Stein on Thursdays from 4 to 7 no other time and no other perks/benefits of the Stein club/Group… We paid $65 each and purchase two Steins… we were also told when we purchased them that they were going to try to add new perks, such as paying a couple dollars extra during the week or other times for pours in your stein… The employee today did not even attempt to accommodate or offer any type of drink. She let us literally pick up our Steins and walk out with nothing .. didn’t even ask if we wanted to purchase a drink. we have been in many other states and belonged to mug/stein clubs that offer perks for the members throughout the week… This is not at all what we were told or expected when we initially purchased the steins… I would not recommend purchasing the Stein for $65 unless what was told to us on the initial purchase is carried out and not change things weeks later …. like I said we have filled new pours on a day other then Thursday … what happens if a new brew comes out on a Friday and is gone before Thursday Stein night …you don’t even get the perk of your free pour of the new release. This definitely left a bad taste in...
