When we ordered, the string bean chicken was out, which was fine, because I was told up front there would be a 5 min wait. But then our other order was made and left on the tray, to get cold while we stood there and waited (should have given us everything else, let us pay, and bring that one part out). When we got it, the supergreens were almost yellow (old?). When we prepared our fountain drinks, after we paid, coke zero was out, but we weren't told when we ordered the drinks. As we gathered items at the service station to sit and eat, there were no napkins or extra utensils. The wait and being out of drinks wasn't a deal-breaker, but the way all of the service was handled was disappointing. Panda has always been better than that in other places. The staff was friendly and busy working, but everyone saying "Welcome" does not substitute for sensible service techniques. I don't know if we will come back to this one in...

My experience was terrible with this franchise store #3511 and when I asked the so call GM for a number to contact because of the store lousy and rude customer service I was told that they don’t have one and if I wanted to find one I would have to google it and find it myself!!!! Well Mr James GM of store #3511 this is my way of googling a number to make a complaint or grievance for your behavior and choice of words I’ll leave a review for anyone that googles your location so they will see the service you provide and train your employees to provide… I hope whoever owns this franchise location see this review and reach out to me so they can follow up with this situation...
Read moreThe food was good...what they still had. Half of the serving bar was empty. When I asked for an entree that they hadn't refilled yet, the server asked the cook how long it would be. The reply he got was "if she wants it, I'll cook it but it will be 5 minutes". I changed my mind because I didn't want to wait. The server told the cook I changed my mind but told him he could cook it anyway because it was empty. My thought was, why was it empty in the 1st place and he was only going to cook it because I requested it? They were nowhere near closing time. Then, they were out of napkins, so I mentioned it to them and asked for some. They said they only had the napkin in the togo plastic ware packages. Maybe their supply truck hadn't run yet... but they should be more prepared for servicing...
