I ordered a gravy biscuit combo and a sausage biscuit and bowl of gravy. She said they don't have the container for biscuit and gravy, I said that's fine no big deal. She brought the food to the table, because we were eating inside. Only to find out I was missing a bowl of gravy, so I went up and asked and she said she was getting it. I sat back down. Waited and waited and waited. I went back up and stood there. I could see the bowl of gravy sitting there, she just ignored it, even as she was putting the other tickets up on the holder after she took some orders. She took another order and finally grabbed the bowl of gravy and turned around to bring it to me and said oh there you are when i had been standing there the whole time. Then there's no napkins or silverware to eat with. Also, 3 Saturdays ago we came at 1030am and they said they didn't have any biscuits and I asked do yall not sale breakfast until 12pm on Saturdays? And she refused to answer the question and just said we have no biscuits!! I am so upset with this hardees in Rutherfordton NC. I would always say they had better service and their biscuits where softer and better. Idk what's happened but something needs to change terrible...
Read moreI decided to pick up dinner for my wife and I at this location on 7-20-20. I ordered two meal combos and one strawberry shake for a grand total of $20.78. I waited for a while in the parking lot to receive my food. I didn’t mind the wait because I could see that there were already a few cars ahead of me that were waiting for their food also. One of the employees was irate in the parking lot because of the rush and confusion with not knowing which car ordered what food. When he finally came over to my car he asked me what food I had. He had my order in his hand but was missing the strawberry shake. He went back inside to retrieve the shake and when he returned he handed me a half full shake. When I asked him why it was only half full he claimed that the manager told him to fill all milkshakes to only half because it was company policy. I called b.s. and took the shake inside for a refund. I stood and waited for 5 minutes or more to have the manager refund me my $3.35. All of the food was cold after having waited for over a half hour for it. After today I will never return to this Hardee’s or any other Hardee’s for that matter. Read moreSept. 6th, 2017 around 12:30pm. There were at least four employees "working", and only one customer at the counter in front of me. After a reasonable amount of observation I walked out without ordering. This is why... One female employee was walking around the table area bellowing repeatedly for customer number (whatever). Irritated the female employee returned to the counter and flopped the food on the counter while announcing to another female employee, "YOU find the owner of this, I'm clocking out". Then the two employees had an argument behind the counter as to what the meal was or was NOT. The male employee at the register was trying to take an order from the person in front of me, and he couldn't seem to get it right. The male employee in the back (cook?) was watching everything from his position. I stood there waiting patiently to place my order, then I thought about how ridiculous it all seemed. I decided to walk out because, it made me feel sick that these are the people handling my food. I just wish I'd caught it all on video.
