I'm going to start off by saying that I have honestly never had this bad of serviced at any fast food restaurant that I've ever visited in my 40 years on this planet. When I work on Sunday mornings I have to be out of my house by 4:30 a.m. And this Dunkin Donuts is my only option. When I arrived at the restaurant the menu board is never turned on so you can't even read the menu. If you ask them to turn the lights on they huff and puff and make a big deal about it. The woman that works the drive-up window has such a horrible attitude and acts like everything that you asked for it is a big deal. God forbid you asked for a couple packets of salt for your hash browns. The other problem is is that I very rarely get a coffee that's more than three-quarters of the way full. Oh and don't ask her to top it either because she'll nearly have a mental breakdown. Read morei went on my hour lunch to get a maple sugar bacon sandwich. the line was so long that by the time i got my food i had 35 minutes left of my lunch. an than i realize all they gave me was a croissant w a piece of bacon stuff in it. so i go back, being so polite bc i understand it’s busy and maybe there low staffed idk but i was nice an the older lady came to the window so rude telling me to give her the food back. an i had to stop her an tell her hold on i’m not even trying to be rude i just want to get what i asked for. and she said ok and goes an makes my sandwich and comes back again rude an i had to tell her again and i smiled and drove off. ik from experience that working at food places can be difficult and busy but if your going to work here or any food place at least make what the person paid for. i’m not mad just frustrated at this place bc in the end i had 10 minutes left to eat...
Read moreOnly reason I ever come to this Dunkin is because the other one in Huntley doesn't open until five. Today I ordered a medium pomegranate refresher with light ice. The older Caucasian woman gave me so much attitude over the intercom, When I was trying to side what to order to drink. A sadly they gave me a medium drink with extra ice. I go around re-order with no ice, no the older Indian woman is telling me it's a dollar more for no ice. I understand that I said but you guys put less ice on the ticket but gave me extra ice. I believe she may be related to the owners. Now I understand why there's a Starbucks by every Dunkin' Donuts. The customer service is horrible. I’d rather wait until 5 AM when the other one and only opens and if I have to sit in line with 10 cars ahead of me waiting to order it’s way better than having to deal with the people...
