My mom and I had ordered from here previously and had issued with our food, so we had a credit. Between us, we called 6 to 8 times and no one answered. 2 or 3 times they actually picked up / answered and then hung up on me 2 seconds later. Finally called the Jimmy John's next door and asked Brett if he could please run next door and find out what the heck is going on. Come to find out that little Cesar's does not answer their phones at all, that they only accept online order, which Brett said was nuts. Went to the store myself, and old/middle aged Hispanic man came out and was extremely rude right off the nose and a little inappropriate in that not only was his behavior, attitude, and Language completely uncalled for, but he kept shaking his hand in my face and I was trying to tell him our credit was for 1 deep dish / panned pretzel crust sausage, and one deep dish/panned pretzel crust cheese, and as soon as I mentioned pretzel crust, I was told pretzel crust was 3 months ago and laughed at, and when I also said the pizzas were panned/deep dish, he looked at me like I was crazy, and kept asking me what kind of pizza, then he walked away while I was talking. Finally, he took two regular thin crusts out of the warmer and practically threw them at me/dropped them on the counter, again waved his hand in my face and said ok here's pizza, byebye. Was the wrong kind. I just got out there before I went off on him. Even told the guy in line behind me to go somewhere else, with better đ that is actually pizza and not glorified cheesy bread and better service. Will be calling corporate, the better business bureau, and maybe the health department and the city as well also. Looks like all the bad reviews for the Huntley location were/are correct. If you want good pizza, I suggest pizza hut or the Morton Grove Pequods. Anywhere but...
   Read moreI ordered an old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza and crazy bread from this location and from the moment I arrived at the location I had rude service. When I walked in a gentleman was standing in front of the counter and asked âWhat do you want?â. I mentioned I had a mobile pick up order which didnât appear on the kiosk. He grabbed it out of the kiosk for me and when about to hand it to me I asked if they had two buffalo ranch dips. Rather than grab it from next to him he asked his coworker to grab it. She handed him one and then walked away as he waved two fingers at her. They then continued to converse in Spanish about it and she stated it was his problem. I joked that he wouldnât give it to me for free as his coworker stated and he retorted with attitude stating no and something other. Rather than quickly ringing me out for the sauce he started doing something else at the register without notice. When he finally rang me out I told him I no longer wanted the sauce as it was pricy for me and he again retorted with attitude about not just giving it to me when that wasnât the issue. When I checked my pizza after leaving, I realized that it barely had any pepperoni when it states it should be topped with over 100 to the edge nor did it have a crispy caramelized crust.    Read moreI've placed to same order 2 time in about the same number of weeks. Both times the service was fantastic I got my order at my door step with in 5 to 10 min of the Time I specified.. The delivery person extremely polite and very much worth the tip. How ever the quality of the food that arrived was a bit different.. Both times I ordered 2 Detroit style pizzas one cheese only and one pepperoni. 2 weeks ago the pizzas arrived perfectly not only tasting great but cooked well.. The pizza was so good we craved it and placed the same order last night. This time service was as fantastic as expected. But the pizza was raw.. They sent me raw dough.. Easily rectified in a hot oven.. But the quality of the pizza that arrived was really bad last night our craving for it was disappointed.. We're not ones to complain about a 9 -10. Dollar Pizza. We understand weather etc was a factor last night.. The speed was appreciated. But the quality of food needs to be more consistent. Raw dough is a problem. Quality and food safety need to be addressed.. You can't serve someone raw dough..
