As a returning customer of a few years, I'm a bit sad that my experiences at Buffalo have been getting worse and worse each time I return to the new location. I've visited the new location 3 times now over the span of a year and the service has been consistently bad. The bros running the shop could care less about being there and are incredibly nonchalant. I miss the service of the old location. The food was ok, not as good as the old location of course, but this last time, the pizzas I got were no better than what I could get for a fraction of the cost. The cheese on my vegan pepperoni and vegan garlic bread were burnt to the point that biting in, cheese would be literally flying across the table. The spicy pepperoni had no tomato sauce and the cheese was also burnt. My order was ready for pickup well before the estimated time, so wild guess that the bros just rushed the order so they could continue just chilling in the kitchen. There were also no vegan ice cream flavors when I went at 6pm. Honestly I don't see the point of Buffalo moving to an amazing new sit-down restaurant location if this is the type of experience that I can expect. I don't see myself returning anytime soon. $60 down the drain :(

So, this place is very inviting, a little slow but tastes great. Major downside (and the reason for the star loss) is no allergen listing on the website. I ordered a vegan pie here but they must have used some kind of almond in it and I had a pretty rough reaction. I'm obviously fine, but some info would help people with allergies avoid a similar mistake. I wolfed an entire piece I'm 3 bites before noticing the tingling burn of an allergic reaction, but man was it good. Highly recommend for flavor and vegan options, but the owners should make allergen info readily available. Also, parking is eh, we parked behind the building and walked a half a block maybe. Also, no real seating, so plan for takeaway only. Maybe go have a picnic in the very pretty (and quiet) cemetary across the street, I'm sure they'd like the company!

The vegan pizza!!! The customer service was really good. Since we were very new to the menue the employee walked through the options and their ingredients. We order a small size pizza with two different toppings so that we could taste two different tastes. Everything including dough is prepared on the store so the cost of the product was comparatively expensive than other pizza. Waiting time on an average ranges from 15 to 20 minutes. The taste is entirely different than other so you should try it once. There are vegan icecream options available. You could taste before buying. I tried but didnot like the vegan icecream much.

4/10/25 Thank you for responding to my review but not my phone calls. Based on your response it is obvious that you don't believe me which is exactly why I had requested that you review the video and the audio so there is no he said she said. I stand by what I said as well which is I don't appreciate being threatened by your employees and I don't appreciate your employees trying to intimidate me. Instead of telling the customer that they are wrong maybe you should just change your silly rules regarding sauce on "Specials" especially since I've ordered the same exact pizza multiple times. Let's also not forget that you already acknowledged on the phone that my request was not a hard request to accommodate. So no if you guys can't accommodate half white sauce and half red sauce on a pizza "Special", then no I will not be returning. By the way telling people that they can't have 2 different types of sauce on their pizza that they are paying for is bullshit and I hope it comes back to bite you. Go ahead put it in writing.

I live in Elk Grove and I've been driving to Downtown since June of 2024 to get pizza from this place because I love it so much. This has become my new pizza spot that I've been raving about. My most recent experience with Ben was terrible. He tried to intimidate me and wanted to fight me because I wanted half white sauce and half red sauce on my pizza. He stated that the owner told him they are not allowed to do that or make any substitutions. I called 2 times and spoke to the manager Rick and he said he was gonna speak to the owner and get back to me and I never heard back from them. It's really disappointing to know that a pizza place will tell people how they can have their pizza and how they cannot have it and if the customer complains Ben is gonna try to intimidate them and fight them. I should have just ripped his nose ring out of his nose. The place has cameras so I requested that they review the audio and the video to substantiate my story but they didn't care. So if you like being told how to have your pizza made and if you like being intimidated by the employees that work there, then this is the place...

It has been a couple weeks since I ordered pizza and Ice cream from here. We have been trying to find a new favorite pizza place for my daughter since so many have closed or are not currently operating. I really wanted to like this place. After spending a little over 75.00 on two pizzas, a cheese and their version of combo, ranch, and a pint of Ice cream I really expected more.

The two stars are for the toppings and crust otherwise it would have been zero or 1 star. The toppings were really above and beyond, I also really liked the crust. Also the ranch was really good and worth the added charge. Driver was nice, person taking the order was also helpful.

The sauce and cheese were just not for us, the sauce was pretty acidic and the cheese had more funk than we were looking for on a basic cheese pizza.

The ice cream I got for myself and was super excited for the dark chocolate cookie pint (I love dark chocolate). They were out but instead had dark chocolate brownie. The ice cream was frozen solid so I let it thaw a bit. When it was soft, I decided to go in but was met with freezer burnt, icy chunks that I wouldnt expect from a $5.00 pint let alone $10.00 pint. As I kept eating I found a long white hair. My whole house has dark brown black hair and it was definitely stuck in a frozen mass of ice cream.

Needless to say, I was really disappointed and if wasn't for the ice cream experience, probably could have given more stars. But felt likd I spent way too much for a lot of...
