Burger King — Restaurant in Sacramento

I just left this place and let me just say this is one of the worst food experiences I have had. At the drive thru while ordering these people will hardly let you get out your order before interrupting. I ordered a Double BK from here and it was like ordering a small cheeseburger from McDonald’s. The BK double burger is false advertisement in regards to the size and look. You can get it for your kids not an adult burger, no where near the whopper size. Also the sprite tasted like water! I don’t know if they forgot to change the sprite machine but it was a complete waste of my money as I just ended up throwing it out. I will no longer ever come here again. This place gives very bad vibes, especially since this was not the first issue I have had with my order here. The last time I didn’t get my full order. The guy who gave me my order didn’t even speak to me which already gave bad vibes as I was very polite and thanked him more than once for giving me my order and a yourwelcome couldn’t even come out his mouth. Happened 9/17/25 at 3:50:23 pm. Literally the worst fast food restaurant. The speaker is hard to hear and the person working the speaker had a hard time communicating. I ordered 3 meals a whopper jr cheese no onion meal, Texas whopper meal, and a 2 cheeseburger meal with 2 cotton candy icees and one strawberry icee. Not a complicated order. I got whopper jr with cheese meal, Texas whopper meal, a small Diet Coke, one cotton candy icees and one strawberry icee. At the window I asked for my order to be corrected. The young man at the window said that if I wanted my order corrected id have to drive around the drive thru again and order my correct food. Are you kidding? Even at McDonald’s they don’t do stuff like that. They correct the order right there. I told him there was no reason I should have to do that and I left. This Burger King always has issues and it’s been months since my last visit. This will definitely be my last one. This isn’t that hard. I worked at this Burger King nearly 20 years ago. Normally do not complain ab customer service being that I understand the circumstances. But tonight was something different. 10/02/18 went here at about 2:30 in the morning. Ordered 2 for $6 whoppers with no onions , strawberry milkshake, and a crispy chicken sandwich meal. Asked to trade in the the drink for their new blended orange Fanta drink.

Onions on both the burgers ( told her twice before making it to the window) Milk shake was disgusting woman gave me a regular strawberry Fanta with ice when I corrected her before the window twice that I wanted the new drink. She told me that they didn’t have it at the window. Chicken patty barely had mayonnaise.

Plus her customer service was horrible. It’s almost 3am you’re literally waiting for customers sis. 1...
