7.14.25-edited they have improved but with the self order kiosks, it feels a little impersonal since no one actually ever talks to you. I've stuck with ordering things like the musubi and that's easy so I haven't been disappointed with receiving the wrong order.

Disappointed when my order was made incorrectly and since I was on the go, I didn't find out until I got to my destination. I feel like staff don't really pay attention and they rush thru. Chicken on my plate was good but the rest was not edible because it's not what I ordered (actually, it was ALL what I asked them to leave off my plate), I'm still hungry and I tipped them thinking id get better service!! Heaven forbid you order a Lolo island freeze because they have to move a bunch of sauces they are prepping to get the freezer open. Won't be back because cashier never greeted me, never handed me my order ( I assumed the bag on the counter was mine after my number was called), and never thanked me for my order or coming in. This L&L, much like the others, offers consistently great food! My only gripe is the parking lot in this particular center is small, and with the surrounding neighborhood, you get a lot of older people walking their dogs... (That's a personal gripe though and not anything L&L can do about it lol)

My partner and I got the mixed combo plates - I wish I had tried more of their menu for the sake of this review, but goodness! That plate is too good to ever pass up. Beef short ribs, BBQ beef, BBQ chicken, mac salad, AND rice, for $12?? Heck yeah!

This food will definitely leave you food-coma'd, but you won't feel super bloated or weighed down after, which is awesome for a takeout place. The staff is always super friendly as well, which makes every visit a delight. I reserve 5 stars for exceptionally awesome places, but don't let a 4 star sway you. Try...

I was pleased that my food was prepared so fast but the chicken was too dry and tough and in the past or at least 6 months ago the chicken was always tender now it isn't. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and always full of customers. I love the flavor of the food and you all should try the combination but go during the day time the cook prepares the food much better. I just read the fact that the food is dog food I really hope I don't get any of that because I work with many Attorneys and I would not want to sue them or get sick the most important factor. Please I do hope they do clean their act up that can be serious and that is if they are telling the truth this could be a matter of anger taken on this restaurant.
