Starbucks — Restaurant in Sacramento

This is the only one i like to hang out at. Mario is the best cashier ever. Ronnie is the kindest barista and everyone else is great too but they are soo happy i think they're loaded on cafiene but then again so is everyone else in here.

I once came in here just for water and they told me they had a ready to go cups and dispenser and to go serve myself. Now Thats service, so i bought an iced coffee for their trouble.

Lots of chairs and spaces for their many customers too and though it can get crowded in here, thats a good thing as people are forced to sit with an weird man like me and make conversation so that's always appreciated.

Anyways good place. Right off...

bad experience happened 3 times in a row they got our order wrong we called spoke with a manager and they said they will replace it but then they got the order wrong again I don’t know what’s going on if it’s new employees or if the employees are not good at all but they customer service and production isn’t the best I usually don’t complain like really but this Starbucks really irritated me I completely stopped coming here and now I have to go another 5 minutes to get to another Starbucks I stay across the street I shouldn’t have to go to a whole another Starbucks . I won't go to this starbucks location. Went here Monday to get my free drink, because I purchased one of the starbucks green mug and it says free grande drink. The short lady not sure if she's Mexican said she will put it inside my mug because that's the purpose of it. I didn't argue, but it did not say on my mug that it's to refill. It says free grande!
