This was disappointing.
Pulled through their drive through first. It's only for online order but there was no sign so I didn't know that. No big deal. Went inside. Inside, the chef is cutting something and another employee is just standing there - hands in apron pocket - gossiping about other friends. The two girls working the line are super slow. The girl making the food says just to let you know we're out of chicken for the night. They were actually out of chicken and veggies and queso in the front line. No big deal. I'll have carnitas - they must not have a second station. Get to the register and they do actually have a second station near the "drive through" window. They go over to get my queso. As I'm waiting for the slow girl to figure out the cup size she wants to grab, the cashier went for my queso. Meanwhile I look over and the chatty chef is actually chopping the cooked chicken. I could have waited 5 minutes. Then I ask, if there's chicken right there and cooked chicken being put in a container now why did I have to have carnitas. I'd even asked if they could combine what was left of the two different chicken to make my burrito. the food girl says "I'm not allowed to pull from there. And so I say, but she can - pointing at the girl who got my queso. Then another employee pops in with semi attitude and says that's for incoming online orders we might have then walks away. Good to know I should have just ordered online according to her. Wish I just wouldn't have even stopped here. I won't next time. Chipotle is Chipotle - there are many others. Don't need bad service over mediocre food. Honestly, I'd have rather run into Costco for a chicken bake or sat in line at Wendy's than dealt with really...

I placed a mobile order, and when I picked up my order, they forgot my chips, queso, and my burrito was, no joke, no exaggeration, the size of my palm. I really thought I was getting pranked at first. I circled back around In the pick up lane and showed the lady who made my burrito my receipt and told her what she had forgotten, and I also asked her if she could make one maybe a little bit bigger. She rolled her eyes at me, and protested, saying it was standard size. I kindly requested her to make one bigger because my order was $20, And she did, and when I was handed the burrito, I sincerely thanked her and wished her happy holidays, and mid sentence she slammed the pick up window so hard that it bounced back open.
I understand it’s late, 7 PM, she probably just wanted to go home, but I mean, seriously, $20 and I had to get my order remade and the remake was barely bigger than the first one. I didn’t want to cause any problems so I just drove home.

Read moreChipotle in general is going downhill. This location in specific, I went and my order was not ready when promised. I was told to come back in line in 3-5 mins. I get it you have to remake it because you messed up. I came back around since there were four cars thinking at their slow pace it would be enough.
I reach and the employee I told him yeah I came back in line since there were four cars and it would probably be done by then. Boy was I wrong he was just mean and said 3-5 mins don't come back in the line. I mean you can be nice not a complete jerk. He should be fired if he doesn't know how to deal with people in a customer interfacing position.
