This is the best burger I've ever had. It blows all the other burger joints out of the water. For this visit, I had a bacon burger, no onions. The bun was a fluffy-textured but firm brioche, the lettuce was fresh and crisp, and tomatoes and pickles juicy, the bacon thick and crispy, the patties thick, well-cooked and with a nice crust. The food came out hot in temperature, not so much to burn your mouth but to make clearly evident that everything is made fresh and to order. The fries were hot as well, although the quality was otherwise standard french fries fare. The customer service was quality, with the cashier engaged and demonstrating dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed to ensure our meal. The decor was clean and neat with a set of Home Goods-styled "Rules" which combine wit and expressions of common courtesy to set the stage for a good atmosphere. Yes, the prices are high even for the modern day inflation of the fast food industry. But the portions are generous and the food high quality, making for a meal worth every penny and which won't leave your stomach unsatisfied!

The pictures may look good but the quality just isn’t there. My wife and I tried the bourbon burger with some bacon cheese fries and a brownie shake. The burger is dry and there’s no sauce. The fries literally taste like they’re from weinerschnitzel. Stale fries with really watery cheese sauce. And barely any bacon. The only decent thing was the shake. Nice brownie at the bottom. On top of all of that, the cashier handling my food kept sneezing on the counter and the supplies in the back. She wouldn’t cover her mouth. She’d switch gloves but it didn’t matter cause she was sneezing in the air at stuff. And all her coworkers just watched her do it as she laughed and said “I’m okay”. Not the greatest food or experience for $45 but hey, now I know not to eat here

I ordered the chicken tenders and tater tots. The chicken tenders were very small and no flavors and the tater tots had a decent amount. The food was not great, I would not recommended. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything worth trying and certainly not worth the money. I was pretty disappointed and I ordered barbecue sauce and they didn’t put it in my order which I didn’t realize until once it was home.

Food has been pretty good! Service has been good as well. The workers are new, and they just need a little more time to get used to everything. I am only writing this not because the food was bad or the service from the front.

I am writing this because the manager was the rudest person to everyone. No smile, no nothing. All she did was yell her workers, and she managed. It's a new place, and she expected them all to know everything about the system and how the business is run.

The lady next to me wanted a refund because she ordered just fries and it was taking longer than 30 minutes. The cashier didnt know how to do the review and asked the manager. She started yelling at the cashier with a big attitude, telling her how to do it. The lady and I was shocked that the manager did that in front of everyone. This happened more than once while I was there waiting for my food for awhile as well.

Overall, everything was good but I felt bad for the workers there having to work under that type of...

Came here with my girlfriend and first thing we noticed is the restaurant is clean and well kept. I ordered the Bourbon Burger, Cajun Tater Tots, and the Cinnamon Crunch Toast Shake. My girl ordered the Cajun burger, Fried Pickles, and Brownie Shake. First off, the Bourbon Burger was juicy but could have been seasoned better and there was nothing Bourbon about it that i could tell as there was so much Dijon mustard it overpowered every thing else. The Cinnamon Crunch Toast shake was amazing and the tater tots where crispy and crunchy not drowned in oil but they forgot the Cajun seasoning so I ended up with regular tots. My girlfriend thought her Burger was cooked well but was not seasoned enough and nothing about it tasted Cajun. The fried pickles weren't oily but could have cooked a bit more as the fried skin wasn't crispy. The brownie shake had an odd after taste most likely from the brownie used in the shake. All in all, I would go back for the tots or shakes...
