The hotel is a 12-minute drive to the airport and 20-25 minutes to downtown. The hotel is walking distance to a few restaurants and a park. There is no shuttle. If you’re a light sleep ask a room facing the parking lot or a higher floor since there is a highway nearby. Windows are thick but the walls are a little thin. The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. They even allowed for an early check-in. The room was a nice size and clean. The bed was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well with a modern shower. The room had a full modern galley kitchen to include a stove and dishwasher. Other Amenities: - Free WiFi -Outdoor pool - Fitness room - Full galley kitchen -Laundry room -Continental breakfast (breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and cereals. The hotel encouraged social distancing and has an optional mask policy for fully vaccinated guests and required a mask for unvaccinated guests.

Shuttle driver got lost. Twice. Suggestion if you are in a guest-facing position: Learn the area. Be able to suggest restaurants including operating hours. Know what time breakfast is served, in your own property. Told me 0600. I showed up at 0600. But breakfast doesn't begin until 0700 on weekends Lifetime Titanium Elite: No recognition, welcome gift (a bottle of water would have been nice), or upgrade upon check in Lobby printer inoperative. Not helpful in printing a hard copy boarding pass required for my flight Room 134: Base of tall floor lamp broken, flops back and forth Door hinges and handle require lubrication Very bright microwave clock Super bright parking lot lights very disruptive through full window width thanks to curtains which are uniformly 1/2-inch too short Super bright outlet “night lights” in bathroom

Seems to be a very new hotel and we enjoyed our stay with one exception, the TV was on the wall which in order to view from the bed required us to turn our head to the right. Something more glaring is it was right next to the bathroom door and if the TV is pulled out the door will hit it. This is clearly a major design flaw and is not an ideal place for the TV. I can see these TVs not lasting very long because of being hit with the bathroom door. Other than that our stay was decent and it had a nice large refrigerator with cooktop and microwave

The place is a seriously upgraded Extended Stay, like an Extended Stay but with a Marriot or Hyatt Flare. The rooms are fresh clean and on point with out any visible signs of wear or aging, including the bathrooms, closets, under the beds and in the corners, by the sinks, etc. These are the areas that usually show wear and aging the quickest. I honestly would've felt comfortable to take a bath there and I generally don't feel that comfortable anywhere but my home where I know that I have cleaned it satisfactorily.

There was a breakfast little bag which was not only cute but quite adequate to start your day. The staff was incredibly amazing, super friendly and ultra helpful. Forgetting my razor at home I asked the front desk if they had one I could purchase. She actually did they had 2 razors left in the items they give travelers and so there was no charge for them.

The hotel even had a little snack bar that had an assortment of frozen dinners, a variety of ice cream and beverages. The snack bar also had a few dry pantry items and a variety of salty and sweet snacks, along with some essentials one may have forgotten in their trip.

When I was making a few calls outside in their patio area, I was beginning to notice how cold it had gotten. It was just as I noticed my fingers cramping from the frigid evening air when the lady security guard on duty came over and showed me how to use their gas fire pit without my even asking (which was a very pleasant suprise). She had only asked that I turn it off when I was ready to go back inside.

The hotel is in a quieter section of Natomas but within a half a mile there are restaurants and shopping, and within maybe 2 miles there are grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, a huge variety of different restaurants and even a Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, Marshall's and many, many more department stores, bookstores, cosmetic stores, etc.

As I am sure you can tell, I would highly recommend this hotel to single travelers, couples or even families. Especially since they have on-site guest laundry, an on-site gym with nice equipment, I am pretty sure they had a pool, and in each room there was a dishwasher, 2 electric burner stove top, full size refrigerator, an assortment of cooking utensils and cookware, coffee pot and actual real dishware, not the cheesy plastic tableware that is so hospitable for germs and bacteria.

Awesome place, awesome facilities, awesome staff and in an awesome location. You simply can't beat the value for the...

BEWARE, POSSIBLE HARM DONE TO YOUR VALUABLE POSSESSIONS.

Boy, was this an experience. I first got here with my family after a grueling 10 Hour car ride. I was then sent to a room by a nice lady at the front desk, but when I got to my room there were bags luggage makeup ECT. all over like somebody was already staying there, I went down and told the front desk what happened, and they told me to take out all of the other person's stuff and stay there, now obviously I wasn't going to have this, first off this wasn't even the room I booked online so my wife and children could not sleep here, and second off it literally looks like somebody had already moved in and was planning to stay for a while. after that inconvenience I finally got a Normal room, but I had no idea what was about to happen. when we were taking up all our bags, somebody warned us that somebody took off their gas tank in the middle of the night and laid it on the ground because it was diesel, in the morning that guy said he took off and all his gas came flowing out and when he told the front desk they said they are not liable for what happened to him. now that shook us a little bit because people had warned us about how this place did have a crime record, but we didn't think of it much and went back to our room. later that night about 30 minutes after that guy told us what had happened, we looked outside and saw a man on a sketchy bicycle with a black hoodie on slowly going through the parking lot, he was about to park in the back of the lot to do something, but saw us looking and got back on his bike and took off really fast behind a white fence in the dark. now this REALLY creeped us out. so we went back and collect all our personal belongings, on our way back we saw the security guard doing the night shift and decided to tell his about the sketchy bike guy, and he was very rude about it, so we went back in and told the front desk how security didn't care about the bike guy, and the girl at the front desk said " yeah, I don't like him either. " we went back and concluded our night. thats really all that happened, but it was...

*SAFETY ALERT CAR THEFT AND VANDALISM * I am a platinum elite member with Marriott and I stay in hotels 4 days every week of the year. This is the first hotel I have been to where safety is an issue for the valuables in your car! I read a review online where someone’s car got broke into at this hotel so I was hesitant but it was from a year ago and the front staff assured me they have security now so things are better. Well, that is not the case. There was a gentleman who I meet that had his gas tank drilled into while he was parked in the parking lot and he was having to have his car repaired, I was concerned at that point because I also had valuables left in my car so I was watching out the window and low and behind at 9:30pm at night a person riding a bike in all black with a hoodie on was looking in car windows and circling the parking lot. So I went and removed the items from my car and at 10pm the “security” showed up. I expressed to the security guard my concerns and he flat out told me he didn’t care and was rude to me and my family. Now based on the other reviews the hotel is going to write me on here and apologize for not having a up to standards visit and that they really care about their customers and their safety. But I will tell you I heard the front staff tell the gentleman that got his gas tank drilled into that “it’s not our responsibility and we are not liable”. The person at the front desk I will say is very friendly thought and did a great job at handling the situation but they are just having to tell the customers what the owners rules are on the building. I am definitely filing a complaint with corporate on this building, as it has the potential to be great but something is lacking on the management side of things. Just to add to the situation I was given a room key to a room and when I walked in, it was already occupied by someone else and their luggage!! Needless to say we will never stay here again and will ensure that social media has a good understanding of what they are getting into when they choose to stay at...
