Yesterday, I drove up to drive through to get a bean burrito for my husband. The person on the speaker ask if she could take my order, I replied I would like a bean burrito, she replied " which one" , I said it's not giving me any other options for a regular bean burrito, I see the different options but not for a bean burrito, the person replied " just move forward " I drove up to the window, the young lady and another person were standing there giving me this unpleasant look like they were angry, she gave me my total, then I handed her my card, she rolled her eyes, then handed my card back to me, gave me my food, then I said thank you, she rolled her eyes again while the window was closing, I noticed she handed me the bag without any condiments, then I hunk my horn, the friend open the window looking irritated, and said yes, I asked if I could get some salsa, she handed me the salsa rudely, then I immediately requested to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager about the customer service of the young ladies behaved which I didn't understand why they were giving me an attitude for simply needing clarification on the burritos. I am on the spectrum and sometimes I need a little more clarity on things and it just didn't make sense to me for someone to be bothered by a customer asking questions about an order. Read moreI went to Pollo Loco’s drive-threw at 4:30 p.m on Wednesday, February 1st. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken breast. The employee who was taking my order told me that she was going to go ask to see if they could complete this order. She came back and stated that she could not provide me with an order of just 4 chicken breast. I told her that I always order 4 chicken breast when I go to Pollo Loco. She stated that customers can make that order, but that they were low on chicken and could not give me 4 pieces of chicken breast. She then stated that I could purchase a chicken breast if I purchased the meal that came with a leg, wing or thigh. I told here that then I wanted to get a chicken breast with a thigh. Then she stated, sorry we just sold the last chicken breast and could not sell me any chicken breast because they are low on chicken. I did not purchase anything. I stayed in the drive-threw and waited till all the cars cleared for me to exit. Read moreI was ordering my food and asked for the 12 piece meal Which comes 3 sides and the girl asked for the sides I want so I proceeded to tell her the 3 I want so she comes back on the speakerphone and says it only comes with 2 sides, I’m like I’m getting the 12 piece meal and it says 3 sides, so she proceeded to Argue with me. So then she asked me what Tortillas I want and I asked for mixed and she says you only get one style, at this point I’m confused, so said ok then corn, then I order 5 Taquitos and she says we only have 2 do you want them, I said ok. When I drive up to the window, I ask the girl I’m so confused I want a 12 piece meal and on the board says 3 side, girl looks so confused and says you ordered the 3 piece meal, I said no I ordered the 12 piece. She called the manager over and tells her and manger tell me that I need to drive back around the drive thru and re-order my meal, cause there are cars behind you that she need to get there order too.
