Aloha everyone, this is your local delivery driver Elani for Grubhub and Doordash. Over the years, there were few issues with Taco Bell employees and the managers at this place. However, things has changed and the restaurant got remodel. The restaurant and the bathroom is more cleaner than any Taco Bell I have gone to. I have went to 10 Taco Bell locations in Sacramento. None of them are more friendlier than this one. I would tell you nothing is better than this Taco Bell. This time they have better employees and managers to keep this place clean. I love all the employees there. Their so nice and friendly. Two of the assistance managers there are awesome and sweet especially Chee. If you have a problem with the orders Chee always get it done for you. He always make sure customer food is correct. He is such a sweetheart. He understand well about the customer order, so keep smiling and bring your smile everyday to Taco Bell. His co worker the other manger does the same thing too. They care a lot about their customers especially to those who works for any food delivery. They will get everything ready for me to pickup my customer order because being a delivery driver isnāt easy as you think because we have to get napkins, forks, spoons, knives, and the drinks. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a lack of professionalism that stood out. Faiza's attitude was unwelcoming and seemed to reflect poorly not just on her, but on the store as a whole. I observed her interactions with the staff, and it was clear that her approach was harsh and condescending. This kind of behavior not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the employees but also for the customers present. It's concerning to see someone in a leadership position act in such a manner, and it raises questions about how the store is managed and the work environment for the team. As a customer, I expect a level of service that reflects the professionalism of the staff, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. Manager was freely walking around in the store and looked at me and no greeting while I waited to order. My food was on the counter when I walked out the restroom after washing my hands. But I did not know if it was mine since I cannot hear my name called in the bathroom. and the girl up front handed an order out and called there name then looked at me and went back to the register to take an order. The guy walked back and said he was missing food. She stopped taking the customers order without saying excuse me and just turned around and quickly made something and gave it to him. Again she looks at me and just goes back to the customer at the register. Then after taking that order she makes that person's food and when she brings it up she calls to her. And then she looks at the bag again and calls my name looking right at me with a smirk. Unprofessional and I hated my cold nasty food. Idk if they're making it right. Someone needs to hire a new crew for sure. It's 2023 now and it's not any better...
