Customer service: Very nice young lady helped me is out and we got to taste some ice cream, very accommodating

Food: Got some mango smoothies, tejuino, and tamarindo ice cream. smoothies were delish, a bit on the sweeter side, but still good. the tejuino had a strong flavor and tasted like it had fermented for a little while, but I liked it! and lastly the tamarindo ice cream was freaking good, perfect amount of sweetness and sourness

I wouldn't recommend the tamarindo raspados. They r not natural flavor made of tamarindo that I know of. It tast d like fake powder flavor and had no tamarindo pieces like other natural fruit ones have. The strawberry mango smoothie looked nothing like the picture and was watery and melted and they took a really long time to make our order. Plus all the other reviews about rude service is so true. The older lady needs some classes on how to treat customers with kindness...

They take forever to make a simple drink. And then I try and try to to call ahead and it's a cellphone that no one ever answers!!! Theres always long ass lines. Makes me lose my appetite by the time I get my food.
