Mariscos Los Langostinos — Restaurant in Sacramento

Walked in to the restaurant at 7:33pm. The restaurant is big lots of tables available. We waiting in the front door to ask if we needed to be seated or we could pickup a table. Waitress made eye contact and said you can seat at any table. We picked a table family of 4. We sat and waiting as she was at other tables (total 6 people in the restaurant) 3 tables of 2 people. She finally came over at 7:50pm. She looked at us and said do you need something? She looked very confused. I think she forgot her job for a moment. I replied back do you not have menue or drink list? She said oh yea. Walks away and brings menu 5mins later. We said can we order drinks? Ordered. We wanted 2 horchatas 1 Jamaica and 1 michelada. She walked away with out making notes great sometimes simple. She came back 3 times to ask what drinks we nl. Gives us drinks with no straws. When she came back I asked for straws please. She said "oh sorry yes I will bring them over". Came back 5 mins later with a straws that had no paper cover and just puts the straws in the waters cups. She was just touching her tablet after cleaning a table and touching my straw. The food finally arrived. She brings the food over and is on her cellphone. She leaves 2 plates and walks away. My husband wanted a second michelada but we could not order because she was on her phone. My husband pointed and the glass and said that he wanted one more. She did bring the michelada faster speed but with the wrong kind of beer. Food is delicious and that's why we keep coming back but service is horrible. She never came over to ask if we needed something during our meal. She is a horrible waitress and I feel like it was...

I came here a few weeks back on a Friday around lunch time. The place has a nice sized parking lot. The entrance is on the left size I was a bit lost a first. Anyways, going inside it has nice decor and they have Televisions with music playing. They have two Lobby’s to choose from. I walked inside then was seated after I asked if I could sit somewhere. The waitress came and dropped a menu off. I looked it over and first time I noticed the prices were pretty steep compared to other marisco places around town. I ordered the Plato de Camarones a La Kora and an agua de Jaimica. Meanwhile the waitress brought me tortilla chips and ceviche. That was a first. Normally at all marisco joints they bring out tostadas. So I asked her for some and some mayonnaise. They brought those in plastic wrap and the mayo in little containers. My food arrived pretty quick and looked delicious. The sauce here gave the camarones a good flavor to them. I really like the way they prepare it much better than other places. The only downside is these were the hardest shrimp I have ever peeled. The food was good I give it a 7/10. I asked for a cup of water at the end and they DO NOT give you cups of water. They sell you a bottled water. For myself getting the plate, drink, and a water was almost $40. It was good but for that price I’d rather go...

I was happy with them first, now the last special order I paid extra for was not even the way I asked. Tried to give them another chance and ask for the same special order but order in advance sense my lunch break is not enough and waiting there with no AC is not fun. I was told the only way to order through phone is by paying with card, Yes!!! You can’t order to pick up if you plan to pay with cash. So what’s the meaning of ordering in advance anyways? So disappointing. I could had paid with card but the fact they kept asking from one person to another on an order I already had last week so so disappointed.

One of the best sea food around this area. Is hard to find nice Mexican sea food but this place so far what we tried are good. The customer service is very good and friendly and place is really clean and well maintained. Sense they’d just opened they need some advertising for people to know is open.
