One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, and it was all thanks to Evan and the other staff there. Our family came in 30-40 minutes before closing without realizing it, but Evan was more than happy to continue serving us well past closing, and he did an astounding job. He was very knowledgeable, very personable, and he makes some wonderful drinks. We ordered the sushi platter #3 to share with the family and it was some of the best presented and best sushi and sashimi I've ever had, and for 7 people it was almost more food than we could eat.
