Few weeks back my wife and I ordered via the mobile online order site. All was smooth until when driving to this location to find it had not been made let alone even started (or at least that's what we were told). When my wife questioned the cashier after waiting 20 minutes patiently passed the pick up time given, the employee rolled her eyes and said " well what happened was we gave your order to someone else who left so we are waiting for him to BRING IT BACK TO US". Mind you my wife's order left the store 20-30 minutes prior to her arrival. After the last conversation with the disrespectful employee who should take a course in customer service, said " well I guess we can remake your order" of course with attitude in her body language and voice. Not only just her but the other two employees behind the counter all chimed in with rude words like " you need to be a little more understanding cause we are really busy". The other employee was clearly showing signs of frustration when asked to remake the order she slammed and threw spoons and other items around the sink. Either she can't handle a slightly fast paced work environment or she simply can't be a nice person in this business. The gentleman who originally received the wrong order returned with the item and as you can imagine it was very watered down. Regardless it is not ok to attempt to receive a perishable good to intentionally pass it on to another customer when it has already left the facility. This is food and safety 101. This situation was handled very well via the county of Sacramento department of public health. They were diligent and communicated with my wife before and after the inspection of this location. As for this place they did not handle it well at all. Even when I placed a call to the store. It seemed they knew exactly who I was when just starting to explain the happenings.

Read moreI love this place!! So many options in drinks and foods! So far, I’ve been to this place for nearly 2 years and I have no complaints. The workers are very nice and always smile to me. Their drinks are very good and you can always adjust how much sugar or ice you would like. Their food is very delicious! I normally come here after school with my friends to order and sometimes I even stay longer waiting to be picked up. There are games on the shelf next to the bathroom that everyone is allowed to use. When I become of age, I’m actually planning on applying to work here because I love it so much. I have made many memories here with my friends and family that I will never forget. I would like to thank T4 for giving me the experiences ❤️. As of right now, I have not been to T4 because of the coronavirus. I’ve been making boba at home, but I heard to social distance, T4 is placing your orders from outside and then bringing it out to you. I think that is a great idea to make sure everyone is in a safe environment. 💕💕 For food, I recommend getting popcorn chicken and/ or egg puffs. For a drink, I recommend getting the pearl milk tea. When you order 2 or more toppings for your drink, the size of your drink will immediately size up to a large free of charge!! T4 has also done some parts on trying to leave less waste. They have made steel straws you can buy (not sure if they are still in stock) and I think they knock off 50 cents to your drink order if you bring your own...
Read moreThe interior was actually fairly dirty compared to the photos on Google. We went on a weekday afternoon and were the only customers there. We only ordered one milk tea without any modifications or any pearls, yet we waited for an extended period of time (15+ minutes) and one of the employees actually asked us to leave and wait outside in the heat because they were taking too long to fulfill the order and they apparently wanted new customers to be able to wait in line inside instead. I guess the new customers hadn't given a tip yet, so ensuring good service to us did not matter anymore, even though we had had already given a hefty tip. When I finally got my matcha, it tasted awful and I couldn't drink it. I tried to give it to my friend, who agreed that it was terrible and he threw it away after one sip.
We ordered from here previously since it's close by, but the flavors are always so-so compared to many other boba places.
