Let’s Pot: A Hidden Gem of Flavorful Hot Pot on Stockton Blvd

If you’re a hot pot enthusiast—or just someone who loves a dining experience that’s as interactive as it is delicious—Let’s Pot on Stockton Boulevard might just be your next obsession. Tucked away in a vibrant corner of Sacramento, this unassuming spot delivers bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere that feels like a warm hug on a chilly evening.

The Ambiance

The decor is a perfect blend of modern and inviting, with sleek wooden tables outfitted with individual hot pot burners. The restaurant has an open, communal vibe, but the private tables also allow for an intimate dining experience. The staff greet you with warm smiles and guide newcomers through the menu like seasoned hot pot veterans.

The Menu

Let’s Pot offers an array of broths, proteins, and fresh vegetables that cater to every palate. From the spicy Sichuan broth that packs a fiery punch to the rich and soothing miso broth, the variety is impressive.

The meats are thinly sliced and melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the seafood options, like shrimp and squid, are as fresh as they come. Vegetarians aren’t left out either—the assortment of tofu, mushrooms, and leafy greens is top-notch.

The Experience

Hot pot is all about customization, and Let’s Pot excels at putting you in control. The build-your-own-sauce station is a highlight, featuring an array of oils, pastes, and garnishes. Want a garlic-heavy sesame base with a hint of chili? Go for it. Prefer a tangy ponzu kick? The choice is yours.

As your broth bubbles away, the fresh ingredients cook quickly and retain their flavor. The pacing of the meal is leisurely and social—a perfect setting for a date night or a gathering with friends.

Service

The staff are attentive without being intrusive, ready to refill broths or suggest combinations for the uninitiated. The restaurant’s efficiency shines even during busy hours, with minimal wait times despite the bustling atmosphere.

Value

With reasonable prices for an all-you-can-eat experience or à la carte options for smaller appetites, Let’s Pot offers great bang for your buck. They even accommodate dietary restrictions, making it accessible for everyone.

Final Thoughts

Let’s Pot isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, conversation flows, and every bite is an adventure. Whether you’re a seasoned hot pot aficionado or trying it for the first time, this spot on Stockton Boulevard deserves a visit.

Absolutely worth it!!!

We stumbled upon this hidden gem and WOW — this was easily one of my best experiences dining in Sacramento! Although the location is a bit tucked away don’t let that fool you. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and beautifully put together. You can tell they put a lot of heart into the space. Some of us were complete hotpot beginners, we had no idea what we were doing, but our server gave us the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant — no exaggeration. They walked us through the entire process, gave thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences, and made us feel so comfortable and excited to try everything.

The food itself? Absolutely incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and so much fun to cook at the table. Every bite was perfect, and it felt like a genuine experience rather than just another meal.

It’s not that busy, which is honestly shocking given how good everything is. This place deserves to be packed every night. If you’re thinking about it — go! You’ll get phenomenal service, incredible food, and an experience you’ll want to come back for again and again. We can’t wait for...

I called to reserve dinner for a large party of 13, and he was able to give us the karaoke room! We had people coming from Chico and Stockton, and it was definitely worth the drive! The food was incredibly fresh. I ordered the Thom Yum broth and it was sooooo good! The meat was delicious, the appetizers were classic, and the additional toppings provided a lot of options! The service was excellent and very fast. He was able to provide explanations and recommendations. The HK Style Satay Peanut Soup he recommended to one of our guests was delicious! You could really taste the peanut in the soup. He was also very attentive and made the experience very enjoyable. We didn’t feel rushed, and the vibe was incredibly welcoming. The karaoke was a microphone set up using YouTube so we could sing to any song we want. It was also nice because we could choose music to play while we ate. The room provided a lot of privacy; I couldn’t hear anything while standing outside with the door closed. I would definitely come again and recommend - even without the karaoke, but it’s definitely a fun bonus if you have a...

My experience at Let's Pot was very mediocre. The restaurant uses an unconventional system for their all you can eat menu, where orders are written on a shared pencil and paper sheet that gets passed around. My wife and I even had to ask for the sheet to be returned so we could order more food which was really inconvenient. That said, the restaurant’s aesthetic was quite nice, and the concept of individual hot pot soups for each diner was a great touch. The meat and soup bases were decent but a downside is that you can't switch your soup base after your initial choice without paying an additional fee. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going to Let's Pot for dinner. While the atmosphere was appealing, the mediocre service and food didn’t justify the $36 per person price tag, especially when there are better and more affordable options within Sacramento.

We are here for lunch with friends for a total of 9 people. They gave us a big room which can accommodate more than 12 people. Our server is very nice and friendly. They ordered a variety of soup bases to choose from. Some meats are only available for dinner time, however, I think the meat choices for lunch time are sufficient for me. The beef, lamb, and pork are all very fresh. The salad bar has a lot of side dishes that are also yummy. At the end, they gave us the deep fried bun with condensed milk and sesame balls as dessert. Kids enjoyed the lunch too. Will come back again.
