I arrived at the drive thru (the lobby is closed) at 10:16am. I waited in line and got to the speaker to order at 10:26am. I waited at the speaker (said hello) and no response. Finally got an employee at 10:32am to get on the speaker and when I tried to order breakfast, she said we are now only doing lunch. I actually thought breakfast was all day at this location because I have ordered breakfast at like noon at this very location before. She says no. I said okay well I don’t really want lunch and I’ve waited here for 10 minutes so I’ll just go thru the drive thru (since I couldn’t back out). Employee responded with “okay”... I didn’t get her name but I did not get an apology. So I proceed thru the drive thru and get to the first window. She asks if I was at the first speaker (they have 2). I said yes I was and sat there for 6 minutes until you got on the speaker. She admitted that I did and said she had to make adjustments to an order which is what took so long. I said okay and that’s fine but I was on time. And had your lobby been open I would have went that route. She gets the manager Wayne who immediately was confrontational. I told him that I waited at the speaker for 6 minutes. He said everyone waits until last minute to order breakfast and breakfast is over. I said okay but I was on time and waited at speaker. He said it doesn’t matter. That was his response. No one said sorry or made an exception until I started to get confrontational back. Read moreThe lobby was disgusting! Another customer and I waited 10 minutes to be helped. No eye contact, no "I'll be right with you", just a lot of ignoring us. I asked for an ice cream cone in a cup, "but please no cone, please don't let the cone touch the ice cream." I also ordered medium drink. My total was almost $3. I asked why, she told me I had ordered a Sunday, I said no I want an ice cream with no cone, I'm allergic to the cone, but I love the ice cream. She told me they had to charge me for a Sunday. That's nice, so if someone asks for no bun on their hamburger are they charged more? Yeah I didn't think so. Ok, so I go get my drink, the soda area was filthy! Water, soda, and trash everywhere. Wow what a sticky mess. The root beer was out on one side. I go back up to the dreadful counter people, waited 5 minutes for acknowledgement or eye contact something! Nope! Now I've stood here 7 minutes, and I look at the sweet tea container sitting on the counter, gross! Finally I made eye contact! I told the lady the root beer was out. I got an eye roll and she walked away. I settled for cherry Dr. Pepper. Go back to the counter, and wait for my "Sunday" usually a Sunday has toppings, I had plain ice cream. I'm waiting with the other customer that I started this with. He ordered a cone and a cone only. May I mind you we've now been in this place for 12 minutes. Read morefirst i just went here tonight, i asked for a 10 piece with a large fry, and chocolate milk, i got home to drink it, it was sour, looked at the expectation date, they literally gave me expired milk. EXPIRED MILK???? why are you still even carrying expired produce???? and the new manager there, tall young slim individual, doesn’t know how to run a location. i stopped by one night, didn’t go through the drive through because line was long, ordered a fry. just a single fry. kid you not took 15 minutes, to hand my boyfriend a large fry. another time i went through, ordered my my meal, and they didn’t give me my drink i paid for or my receipt, i turned back around to go inside, talked to the manager let him know i got no receipt but can show him i just got my food and i never got my drink i ordered. it’s been 10 minutes since he came back with my recipt and my drink, they were not busy. i ended up telling the manager there that was helping me to begin with that i don’t care anymore about the receipt i just want my drink. proceeds to let me know he couldn’t find my order to begin with, i said okay so your employees didn’t put in my order, cool i paid i just want my drink. shouldn’t ever have to take that long to serve people, or serve them expired produce. they need new management or need to be shut...
