I recently (5/21/2023) had the pleasure of ordering takeout from Rico's Pizza, home of the ginormous 26" party size thick crust pizza, and I must say it was an absolute delight. The worst experience ever. Showed up with my family at 7:10 pm on a Friday ordered.a party size pizza along with other items. We received our food around 7:40 everything was great at that point. At 8pm we heard an announcement over the speaker saying that they were close, we thought it was a little strange that they were closing at 8 pm on a Friday night. At 8:05 the employee that had taken my order comes up to our table and says we are closed you need to leave, I was completely shocked that we were being told to leave, and I asked the lady why she didn't mention that they were closing at 8 pm since she took my order? Her response was that their hours are on the website, but I didn't place an order.on the website, my order was placed with her 40 minutes prior. I'll never return. Pretty nuts especially considering that I had given her a decent tip during the ordering process. Sorry but...
