8 people working, yet so slow?Fromt girl didnāt even greet me or asked if I was ready to order I just told her my order and she waits about 30 seconds in silence. She starts writing on a cup. Itās not even busy at this point maybe 3 orders. I realize I had to pay so I pull up the app and she said āno we donāt take thatā so I pull up Apple Pay. She walks away for a second and I assumed to just pay? She said something as I got the receipt but the service was bad. I waited not super long for my drink but when I got it, it didnāt taste like how Starbucks usually makes it. I waited 2 minutes to ask for a straw, which is fine they started getting busy, but the girl didnāt even say anything or smile. She looked pissed off and handed to me fast and I left. If sac state is going to hire students they need to make sure they have good customer service. The lady behind me got her drink before me too(probably easier drink to make) but she asked for tea and sweetener but they forgot it and she told them. She already had a drink to taste it and the employee dumped it back into the little mixing thing. I wonder if they even wash it.. I dont ever make reviews but they did it for meš. But whatever, maybe they just donāt have that capability here? This time though I went and ordered a blond roast latte and came away with a cup of blond roast with nothing in it. There was a rush at the time, which I think may have factored into the barista not admitting to having no idea what that was/asking a coworker what to do. Tl;dr, the staff here is woefully under-trained and very not cool under pressure, and Iāll probably be going elsewhere...

She didnt greet me, didnt give me a receipt, and pushed my order to the very back of the line. 5 people got their drinks before me. The barista spilled the drink of the person before me so she had to remake it. Then, when shes making it, I see her dispensing black tea for me, and another coworker shakes her head, but she continues.
