Not a very good venue. Food trucks are all packed together. They should be spread out more. The food offered by the food trucks are really good but inefficient processes, the food is better than Stanfords stadium. However, you have to wait that long, you'll miss a whole quarter of the game! If vendors are worried about customers not finding them, then put up a vendor map. This venue has so much potential! Put it is patchwork. The bathrooms are pretty clean but temps. Parking.... terrible traffic control. Guess the school is too cheap to pay traffic cops. Stands need to be round stadium style. Home team advantage is totally lost! It is time to get a game announcer that can get the crowd into the game (Go to a Montana game) and not these stupid student contests on the field. The students are not even into the game! (Again, see Montana games) Also, be careful of drunk vomiting students, one almost got me! Need more trash cans and personnel in the stands, oh yeah there are No personnel! Just security walking thru occasionally. Every other FCS game had helpful personnel around. Hornets Stadium...

Read moreWe tailgated at a Sac State game. We had a great time at Hornet Stadium. The stadium is nice. Tailgaters looked to be enjoying the experience. Problem is the limited time you have to tailgate, 4 hours. That's it. At game time everything has to be packed up put away and all tailgaters has to go into the stadium to watch the game. Inside the stadium offers a great college experience but the women's restroom lines are ridiculous. Men's line is long but it moves albeit slowly. Definitely need more restrooms. Great food trucks, but tailgate policies should be more like...
