Jamba — Restaurant in Sacramento

I’ve been to this location 2x in the last 2 months and each time they’ve had terrible service. The first time I went, there was a line of people and an employee was talking to the cashier about a number of things instead of ordering something and getting out of the way. The second time I came to this location, the cashier was nowhere to be found and they took forever to even come to the register so I ended up leaving after waiting about 5-7 minutes. I asked for a PB Chocolate love and they didn't add the PB. They were also telling customers they were out of bananas while they were taking orders, and even though they didnt let me know, I just assumed they were gonna make it without. They were extremely busy so I understand the wait time and lack of communication, but the PB is the first ingredient in the title so idk how they missed that. I paid $7 for a small matcha green tea and was given a cup that wasn’t even full. I am Very very disappointed in this waste of money and time.
