Starbucks — Restaurant in Sacramento

I ordered a simple Trenta Cold Brew. I just wanted the Cold Brew alone with nothing in it, however when I took a drink the coffee was sweet...I assumed that they had put some form of syrup to make the drink sweeter...no big deal mistakes happen...I got back into line to re-order and when I get my second drink the Cold Brew is somehow even sweeter...I have wasted almost 30 minutes at this point and I just leave...I don't know if the person who was making my drink is new, but my drink order is not difficult to follow at all....regardless that is $6 I am not getting back and from now on I will stick to the other starbucks...

The drinks are not made to standard. When ordering a drink that comes standard with "oatmilk", they tend to miss "oatmilk" at the register and will make it with dairy milk. I've ordered a brown sugar oatmilk cortado and noticed I was given a regular whole milk cortado with brown sugar syrup added, no oatmilk, and no cinnamon (not at standard build). In addition, I have ordered an apple brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and when I went to make sure it was going to be made with oatmilk, I was questioned "you wanted oatmilk?" I’ve tried different drinks here but anytime it has steamed milk they always leave so much foam. Maybe just a little more training on how to steam and groom milk for lattes it’s sad when you pay for a latte that’s half foam. Decided to give it another try and got a caramel macchiato but instead of shots on top she put shots on bottom(not a big deal) but then put no caramel drizzle. I recommend going to the bookstore Starbucks they make the drinks...
