First, it should be noted that COUPONS ARE VALID at this franchise, despite what the staff says.
Ordered a buy one get one free footlong deal (with coupon). When I presented the coupon, the lady at the front said they did not accept coupons in-store, only online. When I pointed to the fine print that explicitly stated the coupon was valid IN STORE and online, she somewhat relented but still insisted the coupon would not work.
First of all, why would you have a COUPON SCANNER at the register that says “SCAN HERE” if you don’t accept coupons? Particularly SUBWAY’s own corporate coupons.
When I insisted, the lady said I could try to scan the coupon but it probably wouldn’t work.
Guess what?! It WORKED.
Afterwards, I made sure to ask for my receipt (it was not given freely) to double check that the transaction was on the up and up.
This is fraud and I’ll be reporting this to Subway corporate.
Worst of all, the lady making the sandwiches was NOT WEARING a mask. I had to ask her to put one on, which she did.
Lastly, they were skimpy on vegetables and sauce (only one modest swipe instead of two).

For starters I ordered through the app. Was told my order was being delivered through DoorDash, said I would receive a tracking link with my order never received it, an hour goes by still no food. Gave them a call they said my order had been picked up if i have no tracking # they cant help me.
