I am extremely dissatisfied that the line of professionalism from the staff and management at the Hyatt House Sacramento Airport / Natomas and Executive Management Team is not top tier with responding back promptly to prior guest. The Hyatt House service was unsatisfactory that was provided during my entire stay. The Hyatt House Sacramento Airport / Natomas is fairly new hotel in Sacramento they should be very aware of the what the Hyatt provides, Hyatt experience and abiding by all the Hyatt directive to ensure each guest has a pleasant stay. From Day 1 June 13th – I had an early check-in for 1pm - I was told she needed to double check my reservation to make sure I paid in advance, which is very rude to tell a guess. All that information is readily available when you open the guess reservation, and the front desk associate should only be collecting a card for incidentals during the duration of the guest(s) stay. Also, I was provided wrong room type at check-in that wasn’t shown in the photo when I booked the reservation online. The room should had been a two-queen bed suite with kitchen with a wall/door separating the bedroom from the mini kitchen and sofa area. She stated she couldn't accommodate me. I cleaned the room myself since the kitchen, bathroom, beds had hair everywhere. I called front desk to request housekeeping provide towels, sponge (for dishes), finish line (dishwasher detergent), and extra trash bags. As there was none of these items in the room. I requested these items around 3pm and never received. Day 2 June 14th – Breakfast and Supplies / Housekeeping requesting a Tip - The front desk attendant stated Breakfast Hours were only a two-hour window 7am-9am; which is typically not accurate. Went to breakfast around 8:30am and barely any food available small portions of eggs, no bread/bagels for toast only white bread, no potatoes, no protein, no full bar set-up for oatmeal or grits station, also no fresh fruit according to Hyatt directive. No juice or water options no apple juice, barely any orange juice, no cranberry juice, no grapefruit juice, flavor water etc. The coffee bar area was not filled with coffee and barely any condiments. I asked food attendant will there be more food and coffee coming out. They stated there is no more food or replacing the coffee. You can get coffee out in the lobby. Which was very rude. So my family and I left to get breakfast at a restaurant. Next, I finally received supplies on Day 2 voicing my concerns. When the housekeeper showed up I asked if she could just vacuum the floor for now. She only came twice my entire stay to vacuum the floor and pick up trash. The housekeeper provided towels, and the sponge to clean the sink - still missing potholder, dish cloth and I had to repeatedly ask for. The housekeeper then proceeded to ask for a “Tip”. She was totally unprofessional to ask for a tip. As a tip is at the discretion of the guest. When leaving out I notified the front desk attendant and barely said anything in response. Day 3: Saturday, June 15, 2024 - I went down to breakfast for 8am and breakfast options still the same, so I decided to cook in the room. The hotel breakfast options were hard store bought Eggo Waffles, Potatoes, and Eggs, no protein, No juice selection with the exception water and orange juice, Coffee station was dirty with no coffee and a bunch of tea packets. Still no housekeeping service such as turn down service. Day 4: Sunday, June 16, 2024 - Since there was no breakfast options and staff were rude and not accommodating, I cooked breakfast each morning for the duration of our stay. Still no housekeeping service such turn down service. Day 5: Monday, June 17, 2024 -No breakfast options and staff were rude and I decided to cook breakfast again. No housekeeping service such as turn down service. Day 6: Tuesday, June 18, 2024 - We had an early morning flight and checked -out but was not provided a folio. The Hyatt House Sacramento Airport / Natomas or the Executive Management Team of the Hyatt Hotels has not resolved my case...
Read moreEnjoyed the F out of my room.! These are definitely sweets suites.! I will most definitely come back & stay I would also recommend this place & I stay at many hotels a year. Top 3rd hotel this year for me.
This is a small kitchen area if you need a full size fridge I didn't have one in mine but had a decent sized one. You have a dishwasher. A little sink comes with pots and pans, plates, dishes, cups, silverware, a place to hang your stuff up when you come in a little place to hide your shoes. There's a little perfect Island table with two different types of chairs. One's an office chair. The other one I would call a bar chair. Perfect amount of trash cans. Definitely perfect amount for me of outlets, especially on the kitchen island table/ desk you have on both sides. Two regular electrical outputs and two USB Electrical outputs.
Bed was perfect for me
Shower head definitely could be changed and maybe have more pressure but all in all I've had worse showers. I very much enjoyed the light setup in the bathroom. I very much enjoyed out in the closet. Little area in between the bathroom and the beds was a place to put clothes and your closet with a full-on lock box I did not use so I do not know if it works
The TV had a little issue trying to figure out the casting but I was only staying the night so I really didn't care. But I will say the 360 turn to be able to move it. However you want genius. Also the storage underneath the TV perfect and the little seating area /living room genius. Literally wish more places in NYC were set up like this places. Good job Sacramento hotel architect lol
Only downside/ comment complain
I had booked this reservation at 10:00 p.m. at night. When I got to the front desk that night I asked about checkout and to have a late checkout considering I was to leave at 3:00 p.m. for a flight. That I would pay whatever extra needed to be so that I could have a late checkout. I was told since I booked so late I would have already had a late checkout needed to be out of the room by 4:00 p.m.. as I was trying to check out around 1:30 p.m. I was locked out of my room and told that I missed checkout which was at noon 12:00 p.m.. I was just a little upset because I had talked to somebody the night before and obviously it was not relayed over or I was given the wrong information. The young man at the front desk resolved the issue quite easily by accessing my 🗝️ card again so I could get my last two suitcases out pretty flawlessly.
I will definitely stay here again One of the cleanest hotels all around and best day I've...
Read moreVery unprofessional service team….|We showed up to check in. Once handing the rep our IDs , she noticed our cycling bikes and proceeded to tell us that the hotel doesn’t allow bikes in hotel rooms. I was surprised by this comment because we have never had a problem staying at any Hyatt nor other hotels with our cycling bikes. I asked where this policy was that I would have known about it. Her response was that it’s not a written policy. So I asked how would I have known about this. Only way was to call the hotel and asked, but I have never done that before nor had any problems so I would never have thought of asking. Asked for a manger, of course none on site, and was told to call customer service because the hotel cannot refund, cancel nor take reservations at the front desk. Asked for the manager’s name and business hours. They refused to give that information, which is very unprofessional. We called customer service where they had no luck with reaching the front desk too. So we waited till Monday to call to speak to the manager. Once again we were told the manager wasn’t available, couldn’t get their name or business hours and they couldn’t tell us when they would be available. We were told we could leave a message on the manager’s phone, but when we called. No answer and voice mail was completely full and hung up on us. Not acceptable!!!! So we called customer service to open a complaint case with the unnamed bike policy being enforced and not being able to speak to a manger within a reasonable amount of time. Once we got customer service involved, it took 3 additional business days to get a call back from a supervisor who had no clue why they needed to call us and was rude about the situation. She said she was a supervisor, so I asked for her manager and once again I was told I couldn’t get their name nor business hours. Twice I was told I couldn’t get a hold of a manager at this location and can only wait to get a call back. Never have we ever had a problem getting a name and office hours of a hotel manager.|So, unfortunately due to lack of the professionalism at this hotel with the front desk, the unwritten policy being enforced that we would have never known about, and the lack of being able to reach a manager within a reasonable time frame without customer service getting involved…. we HIGHLY recommend not staying at this hotel. Sadly, this hotel has tarnished the Hyatt name for us...
