Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Safford

This location is getting more and more disappointing and I'd give negative stars if I could. When your one job (they don't do burgers or fries) is ice cream and you are constantly out of chocolate ice cream I suggest you review who does the ordering. My family keeps trying to get ice cream here and they are out of chocolate more than not and all the staff can say is yeah everyone likes the chocolate. Well news flash if everyone likes it so much maybe we better do a better job of making sure we have enough of it in stock. Asked for a double sundae which I have gotten multiple times, they had numerous workers and didn't even want to accommodate me. Guess they can put 3 mountains of ice cream for a banana split, but 2 is too hard to contemplate. Worker put it off on the manager. I know they've went through a few managers so maybe need to look into a change. Thought customer satisfaction was a businesses priority. I wish this was a full size DQ. It is drive thru only. There used to be a walk up window, but I can't tell if it's still there. My reduced star is because of the difficult access of the drive thru. It's too close to the road so the second drive thru window is nearly impossible to use.
