Chicken Express — Restaurant in Saginaw

ASadly I've never gave nobody 1star but it is what it is I've use this place many of times so really I'm not saying it's real bad but let me explain 1st my husband and I always order the 30 chicken tenders rolls mash potatoes meal and this has not ever happen till 2weeks ago my husband drives a semi we actually haul chicken lol but 2weeks ago we order and left with our order got aways out which realized we had 6other people's side orders nothing we order at all we were upset but being in a semi I just told my husband I take care of it when we got back figure we spent slot of money in there they didn't won't to lose customer so yesterday I call spoke with Amy the lil heavy set manager I explained to her what happened I felt being in mang.myself we wouldn't have problem to my surprise Amy more less did not believe us but Steven remember us told us to comeby so we did in semi as we walk in mang won't to b Amy made a complete fool out of herself she must less call us liers I didn't have my receipt but y credit card receipt after finally finding on my phone I told her what day she walk away I clear my phone only cuz my hubby was in hurry then any turn around stupid surprised look what time it was then I couldn't take no more stupid I ask for her boss she told me she was the big boss all we wonted was our food they told us to come by we did they try best to make us look stupid and embarrassed us shame we r Christian we also have money we don't have to lie shame on Amy as well lose the attitude Amy I'm sure the real boss the owners would love to hear about u running off there business js good luck sadly we won't be...

My food has always been in check for Chicken Express.It is what it is. That being said, I always go through the drive through and there order checking really needs to get in order. I have had things forgotten on most every visit. Tonight I went inside so I could spread things out and verify I had everything that was ordered myself. I told the girl working the cash register my order and that I was shorted a roll last week when I went through the drive through. Her response is what triggered me to finally leave my opinion out there for others. She said well I can charge you for a additional roll if you want another one tonight! I just told her OK!! Yeah lets do that and repeated my order to her with the dipping sauces I was requesting. When I got my order I laid it out on the counter and did not have one of the dipping sauces I had requested. A trivial thing that I was not charged for but still yet another instance where my order had not been verified by this location. So all in all not a bad experience tonight but guys you need to train your employees to care. This young lady was just going through the motions as it seems so many of your employees do. I purchased the 10 piece dark and it was dark alright it actually had burn marks on the chicken and when the skin was pulled back it was dry and hard. Reported it to Brett, Manager via phone and he would replace it once I got there with the chicken he took the box went into the back with it, then a few mins later came back with box of chicken in the seating area where there were other customers and then stated that there were only 9 pieces in the box not ten. Sure I ate one piece when I got home with it that's what you do when you buy chicken for your dinner, but was too old and hard to enjoy. I was very humiliated, the other customer overheard the conversation and was laughing. I could not believe that I had just been treated like this. Who has the time to go home then come back, using up my gas for one extra piece of chicken? Ridiculous!!! What is this world coming to? that you are treated like a criminal, when you are the one being violated. I will report this incident to the corporate office, so that no one else will go through this type of treatment. ( I normally choose them over Church's, but not any more.)...
