Firehouse Subs North Saginaw Blvd. — Restaurant in Saginaw

I've ordered from this location 3 different times now. The food is fresh and yummy, but unfortunately 2 out of 3 times I haven't received what I've ordered. Every time I've ordered, I've requested the white garlic bread for my sandwich, but so far I've only actually had it on my sandwich once. 2 out of 3 orders being wrong is not great.The first time the mistake happened I figured maybe they just misheard me (despite the cashier repeating my order back to me correctly) so I dismissed it, this second time it happened I placed my order ahead of time online to try and avoid any human error...unfortunately the result is that again, I did not receive my garlic bread. I truly do not understand why this keeps happening, and what bothers me most is that I'm being up-charged for the garlic bread but not receiving it.
