McDonald's — Restaurant in Saginaw

I ordered through Doordash because I was in the hospital with a sick kiddo. Mcdonald's had problems with the first order so it was canceled and I reordered. The Doordash service was fine. But when I got my food, my spicy crispy deluxe chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way through. The meat was off-white and chewy. So I ate my fries and soda and returned later that day to talk to them about the sandwich. They offered to replace only the sandwich. And they seemed annoyed and bothered by having to do that. Which they shouldn't have been because it was their fault it hadn't been cooked properly. I am an understanding and patient person, so it might sound like I'm being greedy, but I expected the whole meal to be replaced. I've had the whole meal replaced at other restaurants when just 1 thing was not right in the past. But now I have a sandwich and nothing else for dinner. Seems for ALL the hassle (one complete order screw up which resulted in me canceling it, being refunded and then having to reorder AND then that reorder was undercooked which is dangerous) they could've just replaced the meal so I could've enjoyed it entirely. Instead I had a meal of fries and a soda for a late lunch and now, a sandwich and nothing else. I won't be going back to that location again. I'll head to the one down the road. I went thru the drive thru at 11 pm one night

The person taking my order kept asking me to repeat my order

All I could hear thru the intercom was extremely loud laughing and joking around

I asked him to tell his crew workers to go somewhere else and play... He laughed

When I get to the window I see a girl and a male mgr dancing while 4 people are standing and watching They were laughing loudly and people were screaming be and carrying on

Needless to say they got my order wrong! Surprise surprise

When I confronted be the dancing mgr I asked him if play time was over and he cursed me... He then stuck his head out the drive thru screaming for me to come back!

I found out that this was not a corporate store and I could definitely tell the difference

I will never go there again I was especially disappointed as I was at the hospital dealing with the terminal illness of my mother

Now that she has passed I will gladly volunteer my mgt experience and clean that restaurant up.....

If the owner of this franchise See's this I will offer my services to run your store for you Clean up the riff Raff that someone hired

And get some better reviews for you

Best McDonalds In Town Hands Down! But don’t get that twisted. Because they will not take your shit either! Which they shouldn’t have to. Everybody deserves dignity and respect no matter what their job position is. Usually, everybody here is very professional, no matter what. But I don’t blame any of them for having to stand up for themselves when they have to. If something is messed up with your order, just be nice about it. Everybody is human, and we all make mistakes. If you come at them professionally, they will come at you professionally. That’s how we do it here in Saginaw. I seen somebody go nuts here the other week for whatever reason, and I just had to add this review. My orders have been messed up before from here. But It’s a fast paced place. It’s going to happen. These are not robots assembling your orders. These are human beings. With Human Errors, and most importantly Human Feelings! I always check my bag before I leave. As everybody should. If something is messed up, just simply keep your receipt and bring it to the attention of the cashier. They will make it right. But if you wanna wait 3 hours and eat 75% of your food THEN finally decide you want to have an issue with what you’ve got, that’s not acceptable 🤷🏻‍♀️. I pass 2 other McDoanlds to get to this one. 10 out of 10 would recommend...
