I love Rally's. I first started eating there when Hot'N"Now was opened as many of them were near to each other. We have since lost Hot"N"Now. This particular Rally's we visited numerous times in our weekly trips into this area. Our last visit was bad and unforgettable. The manager laughed at us. Our food was not fully cooked when we waited at least 10 minutes. My "Pile up" was possibly dropped in the grease vat or fell outside of the basket because it had a "gritty" exterior and the other one tasted like foul old oil and I had to spit it out. Our drinks were mostly ice so became watered down after a few minutes making them have a bad taste. The "Pile up" chicken breast I did eat gave me a stomach ache. The crew made us talk to two people and one of them acted like she was the "cop of the shop" giving us the third degree even before they grabbed the manager or supervisor on Monday the 7th of November. She looked new and had some secret with the crew as all were smirking at us. I like the "Old Town" Rally's as I am told it is veteran and black owned. This is not racial as we need more veteran owned businesses and starting a business is a great boost for the African American community. They also took bad food into the store jeopardizing the sanitary condition of the store. She asked for it after I told her I wanted to give it to them so they could check it out. She took it into the store. She told us they "never give refunds." I left and said I would not return. I did not have time nor would I trust a store that had no empathy or shame on giving out bad food like that. Like my Gma used to say "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." NEVER, NEVER LAUGH AND TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THEY ARE SOMETHING TO JOKE AT OR DISMISS WHEN YOU HAVE NEARLY MADE THEM SICK. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOTICE ON TAKING BAD FOOD THROUGH THE WINDOW INTO THE STORE INSTEAD OF INSPECTING IT ON THE LEDGE...This is a good business. The crew and management need a wakeup call they are messing with...
Read moreThis was my first time eating at rallys. My husband is in Saint Mary's ICU and I didn't want to leave him too long so I gave them a try (I don't like to try new places.) My 1st impression pulling into the driveway is it was clean. No garbage and the grounds were well kept. I had a hard time ordering because I had no clue what was on the menu and asked for a min to think. The answer was 'no problem sweetie.' Do you realize how nice that was to hear after being in the hospital making life altering decisions for almost 3 days? I finally settled on some chicken sandwich, loaded fries and a strawberry mango slushie. I get to the window and this lady had the best customer service that I cried (I'm already an emotional wreck.) The food actually was very good even though I didn't really want to eat. The slushie was amazing with real mango chunks. My cashier was Serena. I want to tell her thank you for keeping me going for one more day. I will be going back for another slushie at least and hopefully some more awesome customer service. Thank you Serena from the...
Read moreI moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place!...
