I pulled into this location about 925 I texted my significant other as soon as I pulled in the reason I had stopped there was to pick up an ice cream cone for my children before I had made it home for the evening I asked my boyfriend if he had wanted one to both drive-thrus were open and there was vehicles in both sides I did not get to the window for 45 minutes I sat in that drive-thru line with my car off waiting for the line to move 4 more than 1/2 hour I only ordered three ice cream cones and a small milkshake for the baby when I got to the window I was handed melted ice cream in a cup with the cone on top of it they must have let it sit on the counter and still give it to me I asked what was wrong and why it was taking so long to get the cars through she told me obviously they were busy well while I was waiting in line before I got to the window parked with my car off in the middle of the drive-thru I watched two employees leave while there was still quite a few cars around me if I wasn't trapped with cars in front of me and cars behind me I would have left gladly I'm sorry but fries and burgers does not take 45 minutes to cook I was not rude when I asked what was wrong but got a horrible attitude when I asked what was wrong the girl was Caucasian with brown hair and smaller figure she was very unprofessional and should never talk to a customer so ignorantly told me obviously they were busy they only had three employees well if that's the case the manager on duty should not have let the other two people go home in the middle of a rush they should have stayed in finish I did not get my melted ice cream until a quarter after 10 when I had ordered them approximately 9:30 I have never waited so long any drive-thru before for something that is supposed to be considered fast food quite ridiculous and to be treated so rudely and the quality of the product be so horrible if I wasn't so upset and aggravated with the whole situation I would have stayed longer for fresh stuff but I didn't want to wait any longer with someone so rude horrible restaurant horrible employee and obviously something wrong with the staff and manager operations to run that horrible I kept my receipt and definitely extremely...

Literally witnessed the 2 associates walk across the street from the sports page, pretty sure it’s a bar downtown come back to the Ralleys location at 1 am maybe 12:55 12:50 walk back from the location as there was two cars waiting including myself so 3 cars. Get to the drive thru screen told it’s only one order at a time which I’m fine with car ahead goes forward gets meal in 5-10 minutes i wait another 10 minutes no body ahead of me hear absolutely nothing radio silence for 10 minutes waiting to place an order after being told one order at a time. A car rolls on the other side that is apparently for door dash or walk ups at this time, wait another 5 minutes i back up to get the automated order voice again and then get told that it is going to be a wait i ask why? No response i give one more chance and ask okay how long of a wait because I’ve already been waiting 10-15 minutes since the last car pulled off after being told one order at a time. Then the female maybe manager ? She had a green shirt on and comes on with an attitude and says we have a wait i said okay why because yall said that 10-15 minutes ago and a car hasn’t been ahead of me for 10 minutes. She says with the nastiest attitude “yeah and we have door dash orders as well” so instead of telling people waiting at the other window what is going on they start having an attitude because they weren’t properly staffed on a Saturday night after witnessing them coming across the street from a bar and waiting crazy times to just place an order and didn’t even get to that point. This restaurant needs to close down after 10 of this is how they are going to treat people, Google shouldn’t say 3 am since they want to be across the street and then have an attitude after that when they get called out. Return back inside. The car in front waited over 10mins before they even acknowledged her. Waited 10more mins just to get her food. The middle car had more common sense than I did and eventually pulled off. Finally I get the speaker and the automatic voice speaks. I get ready to place my order the worker bust out and tell me just a minute. I sat at the speaker for 20 more minutes before I decided to pull off. Smh very unprofessional. It’s not like I came right before closing. I came at 12:43. Ended up going to McDonald’s. They took my order. Didn’t have to wait 20minutes to be acknowledged. McDonald’s food was hot.
