After last night's experience, I won't be back. No wait to order in the drive thru, took order then waited behind one car to pay and get food. Waited several minutes, the one car in front of us left and it was our turn at the window. Employee took our payment and gave no receipt, but told us they were out of Diablo sauce and to drive around the corner to wait by the walk-out door in the drive thru. Pulled around, stopped at what was the exit of the drive thru where a walk-out door was also located. Car behind us pulls up where we were told to stop and needs by because they already have their food. Confused, we pull to the main parking lot entry door, while customers in the drive thru continue to get food and pull away. Drivers are walking up and leaving with food for delivery pickup, so after about 15 mins, I go inside to figure out where our food is. No employee greeting for several minutes. Two employees are in the kitchen on the line appearing to assemble food, with a third in and out the back door, and a 4th sitting in a booth watching videos on their phone. Very chaotic scene. Finally, the 3rd employee greets me and I explain the situation. He has to search for my receipt in their system and reprints it for me. Meanwhile, a food order is silently set on the counter by the 1st employee with a random drink, no explanation, and no communication to the employee working on printing my receipt. After the helpful 3rd employee hands me a receipt and leaves to the kitchen to investigate the situation, an UberEats driver behind me, witnessing this whole ordeal, suggests maybe the bag silently set on the counter matches mine, and I said it does based on the sticker, but the drink is wrong. I call back the helpful 3rd employee to let him know the order on the counter matches my order, but the drink is wrong. He hands me cups to pour my own drink in the dining area, which I do but there was no ice, the liquid coming out of the dispenser was warm and had zero carbonation. By the time my husband and I took home the food less than 5 mins away, the food was lukewarm and flavor just okay. Only Mild and Hot sauces were in the bag, not Fire. While waiting for our order inside, I saw food scraps all over the kitchen floor, no one was cleaning, and employees were randomly leaving and returning to the kitchen, with only the 2nd employee constantly in the kitchen making food and the 4th employee in the booth not caring at all about what was going on around them. All of that to say, this Taco Bell, which I had previously given 5 stars for consistently good food, accurate orders, and friendly employees, definitely has a lot of work to do to regain customer trust. My family will not be returning to this location...
Read moreI went to the drive through on 07/05/2024 at 6:40pm. When I arrived at the window and the food was heavily served at me, a Taco Bell employee named Terry threw Salt & Pepper packets IN MY FACE & ALL OVER MY CAR then shut the window. The Hispanic women proceeded to talk about me disrespectfully in addition. I look Caucasian however I’m also Hispanic and can speak & understand Spanish. I then went inside to speak to a Hispanic manager who ONLY comped my meal like it was some extravagant gift. Then I only got 1 apology which was from one of the Hispanic women regarding the language and gave me coupons. I appreciate the apology and all, but I was not only disrespected but humiliated!!!! THEN the manager gave me the District Manager’s phone number (Emily) who I told what had happened and sent her pictures then she NEVER picked up the phone after several calls and voicemails. This feels extremely racial motivated or just hate and I have no place for hate in my heart. I will be contacting a lawyer since Emily could NOT do her job and solve this situation. I’m appalled that Taco Bell would allow their employees and District Manager’s to act in such way. I’m not only disappointed but feel discriminated against. I will be taking legal action if I do not get...
Read moreI hate writing stuff like this, but I am a (new) delivery driver and tend to deliver mostly at night. The current overnight staff just does not care. I wouldn't go as far as to call them unfriendly, because that isn't the issue. They just work and move incredibly slow, talk, etc. You have to go into the lobby to pick up delivery orders, so I have stood there for probably a combined hour at this point just watching them work. They just sit bags down places and forget about them, not calling the name, nothing. They leave it somewhere and slowly walk away to do something else. I had to ask tonight if my order was the bag sitting in their kitchen. There had been a bag by the drive thru window sitting there since I had come in, as well as another delivery driver, and it took them like 10 minutes of waltsing around to finally decide to grab that bag and give it to him. I completely understand that working in a kitchen is a lot of work, but this crew is essentially making sure it ISN'T a lot of work. Every time I go in here, I message the customer letting them know it's going to be a while because of this staff. Maybe they all thought it would be a really easy, slow shift but, guys, it is taco bell; we eat it drunk...
