When a friend purchased online a Burger and fries. The order went through and when he went to pick it up. They told him their grill was not working. They did not offer an alternative. They just said sorry we can't give you a refund. And told him to call the corporate office. I called and spoke to Kim. I told her that i was in rehab and has not had a decent Burger. I had finally had a friend to get it for me And requested Burger King. So my friend ordered on the app. When he went to pick it up, they told him the grill was not working, and they could not do anything and wouldn't give him a refund or even give him something else. They told him to call the corporate office. I tried to explain that he had no money. And getting a refund through the corporate office would take days. And that doesn't do me any good while I am in rehab and was hungry for that Burger and fries. I feel that Kim being the manager should have been able to do an exchange or give a refund. So that he could have gone someplace else to get me something to eat. But the fact that she did not want to help and she said it was out of her hands and that everything was inventoried. Sounds like a very lame excuse. And she has no business being a manager, if she can't make those decisions, because I'm sure that there are many people who. Use the app and being that there was no sign or information on the app that they could not purchase a Burger at this time. Due to whatever difficulties, then she should have been able to make amen's for the app being down. This is extremely poor service from such a huge corporation. Read more~The light in main sign on the street is out so I wasn't sure they were even open at 7 pm. I drove right past them and didn't see them. ~Drove into the drive through and the lights were out in the menu so I couldn't see anything. ~Ordered for two of us and it was over $27. They assured me it was right. ~Got home to check the receipt and they didn't give us one. I went there before and they overcharged me then too. ~Ordered two Hersey Choc pies but they didn't put them in the bag. Called them and got a sorrrry. Come back in and pick them up. I hate having to drive back to places because of their mistake. And they don't offer anything. How about a coupon at least. Okay, went back to get my Hersey Chocolate pie dessert this evening, a day later. When I drove up to the window I asked if I could maybe get some free chicken fries or something for having to drive back. Her response surprised me... "if we gave away something for free every time we messed up my boss would kill me." I said wow really? You mess up that much, that often? The heavyset redheaded lady is just really off. I came in with my kids, no one else in the place, and she barks out, what do you guys need?? I said well we are going to find a table and then place our order. She says ok. We go up, start to order and she keeps barking out interruptions. CHEESE? SIZE? Get drinks, go sit back down to wait. Several people are coming in now. Everyone keeps getting their food before us, but I figure maybe it's the fries or the fact that it's four burgers, so I let it go. Meanwhile, all of the other customers are going up to the front with some sort of problem. She's getting more and more flustered. Then I go up to ask about my food. It hasn't even been started yet. She screams at me SORRY!!! I said ok, you know what? How about a refund? Charge me for the three drinks and I'll be on my way. Ok, hold on a minute ma'am. Ok, waiting again. Helping several other people with their complaints about the horrible service. Now I've had enough. How about a manager, I ask. They're all busy I'm told. Finally get my money back in cash.
