It is not worth the stress of ordering here. When you call in you are sent to a 3rd party system where you then have to describe to someone where to find it on their online menu. That's right, they are clicking the buttons just like you would be on their online ordering system. With their menu being two parts the 3rd party had difficulty finding salmon/sake nigiri...at a sushi restaurant. I was actually asked if I'd ever ordered that before because it wasn't something they carried. Eventually I walk her through where to press on the menu to order and get it sent in. Then I receive a call from the restaurant. Turns out even though their fried rice is described on their website if you order it plain ( as described) it actually means just rice fried in oil. No peas, carrots, onion, egg AS DESCRIBED ON THE MENU. In order to get it as described I was told to order the pork ( pork doesn't have a description of what's in it) and then request no pork in the special requests section. So there is no option to buy fried rice as described at the price in which it is listed. So after several minutes I have my order placed as described on the website ( which is apparently wrong). After I pay I ask to speak to someone about my experience thinking they could implement improvements to the menu so their service can actually find their menu items and customers won't be upset when they receive plain rice tossed in oil. Never asked for a discount or a refund, just wanted to give customer feedback. When I tell you they were not receptive, it's an understatement. She argued that I was just confused and it made perfect sense and then told me to order somewhere else. I didn't want to make a review, I just wanted my feedback to be heard and not be argued with over something so stupid. If your customers can't order, or it's too difficult they will go somewhere else, especially after being argued with over your personal experience. This could be the best meal of my life and I'll still never return. To top it all off, my cold sushi was packaged on top of my hot rice. Yum...hot raw fish... Edit: It was not, in fact, the best meal of my life. I had asked for extra egg instead of pork since the price was $2 more and they said no problem. There is so little egg in this and very little flavor. Like, maybe 1/5 of an eggs worth in a large fried rice. So what's normal? 1/10 of an egg??? I spent $30 here. What a disappointment

We seated immediately as self-seating. The waitress took our drink order immediately order. The cheese wontons were great. We did order some dinner specials and on one of the orders we did ask for cheese wontons because of grandson has an allergy to crab. However, that order came in for my grandson and they were crab wontons so if you have an allergy please be very careful to make sure you mention it. The waitress apologized and gave us cheese wontons to go. Please note on weekends they do not have lunch specials or at least not on Sundays they open at 11:00 and I believe we're open every day till 8:30. If you do need something immediately like a drink / chopsticks / anything else on the side, make sure you say that you mention that you need them now. The place started getting pretty packed and our waitress was trying to handle a lot and kept forgetting a few things but she was very nice.

I’ve had my fair share of restaurants like Sushi Lin over the years, unfortunately this place is one of the worst. My hot & sour soup tasted like motor oil, the lo-mein had a very peculiar taste, not sure what it was, but it wasn’t good. The fried rice was bland and only tasted slightly better after adding a packet of soy sauce. The gyozas were ok, I’ve definitely had better. I ordered the ‘Very Spicy’ (their words) orange chicken and General Tsos meals and both had zero heat whatsoever. Super disappointing. I also ordered their rainbow roll and that was chewy and the avocado was old. Overall, the only thing that was good out of this entire almost $70 meal were the gyozas. For the price and quality of food, I would not come here again. 👎🏻

we decided to go in for our first dinner there last night, monday.. I wanted to sit at the sushi and walked over and said a polite hello to the sushi chief. I then did a double take after saying hello two times. This person gave me a look that reminded me of what a saw on the faces of some of the viet cong sympathizers in the local villages and of those whom I would not turn my back on.. I should have left but we were hungry and I did not give it a second thought but I certainly did NOT sit a the sushi bar. the food itself for being so expensive was not really fresh enough and the unagi did not have any taste. I will not spend another fifty dollars in a place where it was not that much better than fast food. and PLEASE... OWNER of this place.... I do not need you to apologize for my less than pleasing experience there last night. you folks are just another Green Valley place to eat with uppity prices and attitude... maybe it is because I am a biker and look like one.... but I dont care to create a senario re us bikers but I do see plenty of attitude in this town in this manner. the sushi chief could use some attitude adjustment.. SO THEREFORE......thank you but no thank you for me in the future but I am only one review and so what... I am sure that you will get many others who dont have enough taste buds and they will think that you guys are...

Walmart Sushi is better!

I would give you 1 star, but the service is OK, thus I'd like to upgrade it to be two starts.

I went to lunch here today, I ordered Sushi Lunch, OMG...all rice in the sushi are super cold like just get them out of the fridge, the rice are all stick to together, the fish on the top is NOT FRESH at all. I don't know about it at all, and tried one, called the waitress... I asked them why it is taste so bad, they said the would give me the replacement or any other stuff...I said NO, because I check other nigiri and sashimi....NOT EATABLE at all....

I would suggest you go to Sprouts for sushi ....or Walmart here...no joke...

EDIT: OMG, I drunk all your miso soup? I only sip it once, I run away? I told the waitress that I can't take any replacement...crazy, you know runing away and not paying for the food is illegal right? So you want me to pay one of your nigiri for a dollar? That's ok if you told me or you come to me to get a dollar. Your food really very bad, NOT FRESH at all again!

Last but not least, your waitress asked me to leave, both of them told me that if you didn't like it, you can just leave not pay anything.

This is the craziest restaurant I have ever been to, I was so excited to have lunch here...SO...
