Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sahuarita

POISONED! I usually stay away from Taco Bell, but I had to work late near the mines Thursday night, and was very hungry by the time I got out at 8pm. I decided to try the food out again on my lengthy drive home after a trip through the drive through.

The employee handling the drive through orders seemed professional and nice enough. The food, however, was immediately questionable. The rice was dry and hard. The "beef" and beans had a nasty, paste like texture. I could tell the ingredients were not fresh.

Fast forward 12 hours, I am now at home missing a day's work due to a bad case of food poisoning. I have been firmly reminded why I stay away from these establishments. I did a drive thru order and ordered the new dipping tacos. They were always made with shredded meat and were actually pretty good. Today, they made them with their taco ground meat. Not nearly as good. Called to ask why and she informed me that they only make them with the ground beef now. That isn't what the menu says and that price is way too high for basically a regular taco. Won't be ordering again. Sad, because I really enjoyed the new taco. I will make sure I mention to others not to order these. this store managed to forget about half of my order. I ordered 3 build your own boxes and they managed to screw up all of my boxes in different ways. I ordered 3 5layer burritos in the boxes and one (which was supposed to have no meat in it) had meat even though we ordered it with none. We ordered all of the burritos to be grilled but all but one weren’t grilled. They some how managed to leave out all of our sides except some chips. The drinks were good but you can’t mess those up.
