Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sahuarita

This taco bell is hit or miss depending on who is taking the order and who is making the food. Some times I get great food, sometimes I get terrible terrible food. One time I ordered the Nacho Fries and got Cold and Stale fries. Its like they put it in the fryer for a few seconds and took them out. If you order on the app a custom order they will never get it right. I have never gotten a custom order made correctly here. Its easy, it has a list of items you just follow it step by step. There is this one guy whom can't seem to hear me on the speaker, everyone else can, but thing is...I cant hear him either. Its like the headset he uses doesn't work or its not connected properly. It seems the evenings have the less good foods. But its impossible to tell because of not knowing their shifts. I may end up using the survey a lot on the back of the receipt because I want to have a good taco bell near home and hopefully weed out the bad seeds. McDonald's is always full, I think this small town knows which has the better service. this taco bell is hit or miss. Usually do great in the morning less so at later times. Can I give them a negative Star? The staff at this location is absolutely disgraceful to the name of good business practices. They literally made fun of me while I stood in the lobby staring at them because I had the audacity to change my order before they made it. I didn't know that they offered something else and this staff made it very clear that I as the consumer was a burden to them. The gentleman literally threw a fit before my eyes like a baby that didn't get their way. Why should I ever give this location my business again? I'd rather go to Tucson than put up with these incompetent children. I hope disciplinary actions are taken against this staff and everyone has to under-go customer service training. I will make it my mission to insure that nobody I know gives this location any business. If the management knew what's best, they would sever their relationship with these two tumors who thought it would be hilarious to mock me so boldly. How many other people have they done this to? Open until midnight or later is a joke. These people started cleaning up and throwing out food before midnight closing the drive through early. I asked the lady when the drive through closed and she said at 12. Yes we showed up 8 minutes before close, but orders were suppose to still be taken. We were ignored completely and had to call. I asked her when she actually closed the drive through and wouldn't give me an answer so I guessed that she closed it 15 minutes early. Where has customer service gone? I'm only 27 and I have more customer service in my pinky than a whole crew working at a fast food joint. If it was me it would have stayed open until the times stated everywhere. Also have had issues with the nextdoor McDonald's closing even though it's 24 hours. I work nights so I depend on late night food joints and these two seem by far the worst ever. Valencia stores are more friendly and don't close their doors early. I shouldn't have to back track from here to Valencia...
