The tall lady i’m not sure if she’s the owner or what but extremely rude to her employees. You are supposed to be team and it’s very unprofessional to embarrass your employees like that in front of customers. The young staff is really nice and i see their efforts every time i come in. The wait time is pretty slow and i know its not fast food but pacing your food time is very important in running a food business. seems like the owner doesn’t know how to run a business efficiently. My wife and I placed an online order earlier today. The process to order online was smooth, quick and easy with zero issues! We set the time for ASAP. I arrived to pick up our order and the customer service was great. Everyone was very cheerful and friendly, which was great to see. Attitudes never go unnoticed and it’s positive attitudes that go such a long way on both the business side and customer side. The restaurant was well managed and clean, providing a great atmosphere from the moment I walked in. We ordered three items and they were all delicious! Unfortunately, the young staff working here don’t seem to have been properly trained on how to take and manage orders. I waited 40 minutes only to receive the wrong order. I specifically asked for two raspados and only received one, and several condiments I requested were missing. Very disappointing —

Some constructive feedback: Greet customers as they walk in. A warm welcome, a smile, or even a simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way.
