Panda Express — Restaurant in Sahuarita

Second time coming to this location and second bad experience. This review is coming from an operational standpoint. Both my wife and I work extremely long and demanding shifts. With that being said it was 6pm and my wife is still 5th in line after 20 minutes of waiting. When it was time for my wife to place the order the associate had her wait an additional 5 minutes. When my wife got to the window to pay, she politely asked what the long wait was for and was told "what wait?" Then the associate responded with "oh we had a few big orders". You can't exactly leave this particular drive-thru because it's locked in. Secondly, if you have customers in drive-thru who are ordering large orders, it's probably not the best idea to continue to have them wait in the drive-thru. There are parking spaces to where they can wait for their order instead of holding 10 cars up behind them. This is honestly probably the last time our family or extended family eat at...

Again!! No sauces! Why is it soo hard to remember to put sauces in a bag? Several times we arrived home to no teriyaki sauce for our teriyaki chicken! Last night I picked up 2 bowls of teriyaki chicken in the drive through and thankfully I checked as I have zero confidence the staff will put sauce in and guess what...no sauce and I specifically asked for sweet and sour as well as the teriyaki just to give them a reminder. When I told her there was no sauces she was obviously being bothered and even asked what kind of sauce to go with my, you know, TERIYAKI chicken!! They are in such a hurry to get you gone, they just don't care. Really to bad as the food is good. Just don't get it! But it always goes back to management and it seems the management at this location cannot train properly. Forget about calling them, they ain't answering! Again, poor training. Latest visit: Slowest "fast" food in town! Went inside, (because I know drive thru here sucks) waited 15 minutes for people's order in front of me to be done when mine was done immediately. Yet, mine just sat there waiting. The people in front of me ordered a ridiculous amount of fried rice that needed to be made. Why couldn't the employees walk around the orders waiting on rice and put my 1 plate at the register to be paid for while mine was still hot??? Then the girl at the register had absolutely no clue what she was doing. My food was cold by the time I got it. I was so sick of waiting on that train wreck of a work crew & I just left. I wish I could give zero stars. I also wish I didnt give this place a 2nd chance after they gave me a bug in my food last time!
