First of all, let’s talk variety. I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like I traveled across four countries in one night — without ever leaving my bar stool. Every food truck on-site is bringing their A-game, and the quality? THROUGH. THE. ROOF. • Danny’s Dawgs had me weak in the knees with their signature street dogs — grilled to perfection with toppings stacked so high I needed backup. • Fire Up Dough came in flaming hot with artisan wood-fired pizzas that would make a Neapolitan chef do a double take. Crispy, airy crust, fresh toppings — just chef’s kiss. • Sabor de la Frontera? Bro… that birria taco combo nearly had me levitating. Deep, rich flavor, perfectly balanced spice — like someone’s abuela put their whole heart into every bite. • It’s Greek to You was the curveball that knocked it out of the park. Their lamb gyro? Ridiculously tender. That tzatziki? Straight magic.

And it doesn’t stop at the food — the bar is stacked, cocktails are elite (the passionfruit mojito was on another level), and there’s legit nightlife energy.

Pool tables? ✔️ Pool tournaments? 🔥 LATIN NIGHT on Fridays?? UNREAL. That DJ had the whole park moving. One minute I’m crushing tacos, next minute I’m dancing to bachata under the lights with strangers who felt like friends.

The vibe is unbeatable. Family-friendly during the day, wild and electric at night. Whether you’re showing up to eat, drink, vibe, or dominate the pool table — GLOBAL BITES delivers.

We were passing through the area and searching for different restaurant to try. This was perfect since my partner and I were craving different things. I wanted Greek and got a chicken gyro w/seasoned fries and a Greek lemonade from It’s all greek to you truck. The worker was super friendly and answered our questions. Food came out quickly and was soo delicious! Sadly I didn’t have any room for desserts. The Greek lemonade was super tasty and I’m glad I tried it.

My partner got empanadas from Tango something truck (Argentinan). I forgot their name. They came out quickly and the workers were super nice! He got two beef and two chicken empanadas and they were big!! They also had some sauces you could dip.

We also stopped by the soda truck and my partner got a Go Jags drink and the cheesecake bites. He got two caramel and two original. Sorry no pics of those. Everything was soo good.

They also had live music playing. There was a good amount of seating and other food trucks to choose from. They need to update their website to reflect all the trucks. We will definitely be back the next time we...

What a fabulous concept! This new food truck park is bringing a family friendly vibe to area between St. Augustine and world Golf Village, and it is much needed. The space houses a variety of food trucks (including italian, greek, african, and argentinian cuisine, as well as a soda truck and sno-ball truck!) with room for plenty more.

Order your favorite bites and drinks, and eat at the picnic tables outside or enter the building for seating, as well as beer, wine, or cocktails.

Keep an eye on the events schedule for live music, bingo, karaoke and more and look for pool, cornhole, and other activities!

We ordered from It's Greek To You, and enjoyed delicious homemade falafel, spinach pie and a chicken gyro. We also shared a watermelon and coconut new Orleans style sno cone with a drizzle of condensed milk, and it was so perfect for a hot day!
